Very disappointed, the staff thought it would be funny to not put a hamburger in my bun because I said only pickles and onions on my burger. I’ve never had this happen and did not find it funny at all.
They did fix the order without an apology or offer to compensate. Im usually not one to leave a review, especially not a negative one, but this was the worst service I’ve received at a McDonald’s.

I placed an order through the app for curbside. My food came out extremely quick. Before I could even open my bag, the worker who had handed me my food was racing back out to my car with my missing nuggets. So thankful for him, normally if something is missing that’s just how it is.

On our trip to Mackinac City we stopped at this McDonald’s to get a quick snack. We were totally disappointed because the staff had a hard time getting our order right. After numerous times correcting them, they still got it wrong. Pressed for time we didn’t want to waste our time waiting for them to redo the order. This MacDonald has totally incompetent employees.

Never have I ever felt offended by language and bad customer service before, This lady that takes your order at the drive thru was literally on FaceTime loud laughing and cussing up a storm while we’re parked outside her window and for me to feel offended says alot, I do however know that in customer service and being on your phone is a big no no.
Called the store to tell the manager on night duty and he started giving us some excuses until he heard her throu our phone and then went to talk to her. He leaves she’s still on the phone just quieter, then goes back a couple mins later to tell her again… He literally stood there until she hung up. I do appreciate the manager for that.
I didn’t however appreciate the lady in the pickup window practically forced our food into our vehicle said “here you go” wow…

Everytime I have tried going to this McDonald’s the fries are always raw or severely under cooked. They are not even soggy ! Just ridiculous.

This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while.. The Drive thru girl was glitching while we were trying to order, she just kept repeating ” Anything else” after we said ” Yes, one second please”. We went three rounds of saying that back and forth. Thank we pull up to get out food and the girl just looked a mixture of bored and disrespectful. She crumpled up the bag and handed it to us with a monotone ” heres your food” than the burger was covered in mustard all over it, and the bun was hard And crusty. Idk what is going on in this building

I went with my girlfriend to get some McDonalds for dinner and after almost finishing the Hi-c we noticed little black specs in the drink that resembles dead ants. Their phone line is down and the manager of the other store doubted I was telling the truth and was very rude but what else is expected from Mcdongals employees?

Went through the drive thru, Ordered a medium hot black coffee and a large iced tea.
Simple right? Not here.
Got handed a ice tea, no ice, tea was so weak that I could read a newspaper through it.
Coffee was cold (guess I know what happened to the ice), handed it back to the girl working the drive thru, she just stood there. Told her it was supposed to be hot, her response “I poured it from the container”.
I asked if the coffee inside the container was hot, she looked more confused.
Finally had another staff member come over and got it resolved.
Hope they get some training.
