This is probably the 10th time I’ve door dashed not counting the several times I’ve came and got my food on my own. I always order a large meal and I keep getting either small or medium sized items. Tonight was my last straw with this McDonald’s joint in particular it just gets annoying come a certain point. Both my beverage and fry were a small and even a buddy of mine ordered and the burger was missing about 2 condiments. I don’t know who you guys had working tonight in the kitchen as of 12-30-25 at 9-10pm but I would recommend termination or retraining them as they clearly aren’t very aware of what they are making, quantity wise too! I’m more than positive many have encountered this issue too and it’s not nice to have happen when you’re spending 20+ dollars too. I get accidents happen but they don’t happen every week that just baffles me. If this continues and the employee (in the kitchen specifically) aren’t looked into I have no issue calling corporate and having them deal with this on going occurrence since management clearly does not care. BUT this doesn’t go without saying that I’m appreciative towards one of the girls inside for fixing my order tonight who I believe may have been a manager based off the work attire, kudos too you! As for the kitchen staff do better you get paid to do your job and make orders specifically how the customer wants not to mess orders up ALL THE TIME. I don’t believe I’ll ever order from the one on chislom st ever again which is unfortunate since it’s the closest one.

Almost looks like someone bit my burger before me. But it was just ripped from bun.

What’s wrong with the evening cashier? Is her head on right? Jesus, some professionalism would be nice from her or at least have her focus more on her job and less chatting with her colleagues.

Not all McDonald’s are the same. This ones not a ten but not a 1 either. I’d rate it a 6 or 7. The Quarter pounder was a little dry but the fries were good. The Mcfish was good. Quarter pounders should never be dry. Bad management.

This place serves decent enough food for the price, that’s not my issue, it’s the staff, but just one in particular, the old lady that usually works up front “Ann” she’s horrible, rude, and is always so unpleasant, people like her are the reason the kiosks were invented in the first place, I see that staff works hard and I appreciate their work, but Ann is just pure rotten

I specifically came here to purchase food for the monopoly incentive and ordered numerous meals and received 1 monopoly piece. This is the 2nd time this has happened and your response is “this is what we have left.” Yet your website states these are monopoly items. Its bogus to go and spend money on outrageous food items that aren’t worth it anyways and then can’t even get the incentive you pay for yet it’s all over the mcdonalds app. What a joke.
