We actually stopped ordering food from here for awhile because of their portion kept getting smaller. But we tried it again anyway. Hoped they have had some change. I guess this is the last time. We ordered 17 bowls, most of them are not even half of the bowl. This is totally BS. It’s our fault thought they could do better.

I hate to make this review but I have to say something. I have been coming to this chipotle for the last 2 years since starting a job near by and the food was always pretty good. Unfortunately though today was the final straw for me. I placed an order through DoorDash for a burrito. Super simple burrito, not a bunch of things going in. It shouldn’t have been hard to wrap. So when my dasher drops it off and I pull out the burrito I notice that the foil was stabbed with a fork that someone decided to put on the bottom of the bag. I say okay maybe it’s just wet in that one spot. NOPE. Pick up the burrito and there was corn all over it (from which I didn’t order in the burrito). There is also sauce everywhere, I try to just eat my burrito but everything literally just falls out. So at this point I’m forced to put my BURRITO in a bowl. If I wanted a bowl I would’ve ordered one. I am highly disappointed in the quality of my food that they served me. This is not the first time I have had an issue with their burritos. But it will be the last I order from this chipotle. I spent my money on this food for it to literally go in the trash.

I came to leave a review because I was really looking forward to my steak bowl, well as soon as I opened it I could see the steak was so very rare! The whole bowl was like that. I don’t eat bloody steak! It was a waste of money except for the chips and queso. Beyond that they very helpful with my order.

The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive. They were out of forks, but we wanted salads. There is a Safeway right behind it, they should go get forks. All the tables were dirty. There was trash on the floor, when though there were plenty of staff. Never go here.

Thank you so much for not fighting with me or giving me any problems when I ask for two scoops of rice and two scoops of beans for my double wrap burrito. The Redmond WA location would be served well to take a lesson on customer service and mega burrito wrapping.
Also, this was perfectly wrapped! Most cannot wrap a burrito this big.
Furthermore; staff were friendly, chill, and fantastic. You could feel the cohesion in the group. ^^//

80% times you get really small portion if you do mobile order to go. Also they will give you short on the items you choose. Check your food before you leave.

This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to! There is an amazing manager there named Gracie and she is an incredibly nice lady. No matter how busy the store is, she always has the best attitude! 10/10 recommend going here!

Not the best of experience. I ordered a burrito bowl. The rice was under cooked and a little crunchy. The woman making my bowl didn’t take any care in layering the toppings to allow a little of everything throughout the whole bowl. My sour cream was just slopped to one side. When asking for my chicken topping I only got 6 peices total. When I asked about it they said if I wanted more I would have to pay for it. The last thing they put on the bowl was lettuce and I was to get a pinch. Going to a long while before I go back. With all the local taco trucks around, you get better options of way less money. Not recommended.
