I had only stopped in to use the restroom, but from my brief visit I was satisfied. The customers within the building were all in good moods, the space and restrooms were clean. The building smelled amazing and the staff were polite and attentive to the customers I witnessed them helping.

It was an average McDonald’s experience as far as most things go. It was monopoly game time and one of our hashbrowns was completely missing a game piece like the sticker placeholder was just not there probably due to manufacturer error. When I brought it up I was treated with suspicion and no apology was offered which is standard customer service even for a minor inconvenience such as this. Really put me off to be treated as though I was running some sort of scam. This particular location is struggling with staffing over the last few years and that is reflected in the service or the treatment of customers sometimes. I still support them and will return, but there is room for improvement.

Very disappointed! I understand that we live in a time when places are understaffed, but how hard is it to get the famous McDonald’s fries right? Keep them in the fryer a little longer. This is not just this location. Other McDonald’s locations have been doing the same thing. Soggy fries are not appealing. Also, ordered no onions on my burger. Guess what? There were onions. I scraped them off, but geez.

Almost always going to serve the sloppiest burger that is hardly even on the bun, and will ignore any special requests made 80% of the time.

I came in to get the new snack wrap and Angela was amazing along with everyone else the customer service was top tier that’s how a business should be done the other McDonald’s in town that I’ve been to didn’t do that but there getting better as I can see I will be returning to this McDonald’s thank you for being so kind and great customer service

They always park you to lower their times. Parked 12 minutes for a double cheeseburger and medium “warm” fry. I understand drive through times are important but to sacrifice customer satisfaction isnt good.

My problems is with all McDonald’s!!! First off not all of your chains have the same products secondly quality differs greatly in each individual location your facilities are degrading terribly I’ve waited 20 minutes FOR AN ICED COFFEE!!! FAST FOOD McDonald’s FAST food not medium food not shitty half cooked food in a half hour…. If I wanted that I’d go to a sit in restaurant or go across the road for Chinese buffet…….. What happened to the McDonald’s of my childhood…. Where’s the magic at anymore guys???? Shake my head

Me and my boyfriend came for dinner around 9:00pm on a WENSDAY and waited over half an hour for our food!!! Nothing special about it… I understand being understaffed but there was a minimum of 5 people working!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! And that’s coming from someone’s whose worked at a McDonlads here in town!
