Don’t use the kiosk, we used it and regretted it. Food was hot and tastey, the people working there are very nice, they just don’t take care of customers. No one at the front counter. We saw people walking out because they were tired of waiting for someone. But when we did get waited on, they were very friendly, but we didn’t feel welcome. Seemed like all efforts were on talking care of the drive through.

Not sure what’s happening here. It’s freezing inside. They have the A/C running in the sitting area. The wait time was a too long and I don’t like that the cashier had to chat it up with their bestie that came in for several minutes and then take food out and then come give us our food. Took almost 20 minutes.

Went to the drive through, got up to the order spot and got told “just a minute”, watched 3 cars finish their order in the other lane. Other lane is now empty, 5 minutes pass, still nothing. We’re sitting there, window open to order in the rain, getting all wet. Still nothing. We left at that point, can’t say how much longer it would have taken to actually get service. Clearly they have some issues keeping both drive through lanes serviced.

I’m 65 years old, so yes, I’ve been to McDonald’s hundreds of times and must say this was my worst experience. The drive thru wait was well over 20 minutes. There was no mention about that or apology for the wait time, and my food was barely warm. Fries were not fresh. For a meal that cost $15 and took that long, I could have been in a sit down restaurant. Very very unsatisfactory. Either this was trouble with employees or a management problem, but either way I won’t be back and don’t recommend it.

I called to talk about my mcdelivery order that I placed at 10 for breakfast and the lady was so rude and dismissal and said it couldnt of possibly been for this location when it was. There needs to be better customer service!

We received fast service through the Drive-thru. Great tasting fries. My vanilla shake was perfect, too. I loved all of the green grass around this place where you could sit in nature and eat.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered at the kiosk for dine-in and our order took 30 minutes. The order was nothing fancy – basic cheeseburgers and chicken tenders for 3 people. Two other families that ordered from the kiosk also waited 20 minutes.
Went to the clerk to ask about our order after 20 minutes and we were told we were accidentally skipped. We were dining in. They had our tent number. No employees contacted us or apologized. Then they brought out the (cold) food and forgot our drinks. Had to ask repeatedly for our drinks. Asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude. Her response to us was, “what do you want me to do about it?” She wasn’t some kid either, she was a middle aged woman. We asked for a refund and she all but threw the money at us. Absolutely shameful. No wonder everyone in the building looked miserable.
Pick a different place to eat. They are terrible and they don’t care.

Terrible!!! Mobile ordered, went in waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. They said our food was for drive through pick up, but we could just pick it up inside. After 20 more minutes we asked again about our order and they had cancelled it, while we waited!!!!

Was told we were lying because our deal was for two cheese burgers two fries and a 20pc nugget- they rang it up incorrectly and tried to say that wasn’t what we were getting. They refused to get a manager when requested

We did it from the car so as far as service goes it was good but they just brought it to the car.
