Work brought me to this location and I stopped by for lunch. My quarter pounder with cheese seemed to take some time, more than normal for a location that wasnt busy at all. There wasn’t any orders waiting when I placed my order, at least inside the restaurant.
The food was average, nothing unexpected nor better than average. It tasted exactly as one would expect. The look of the burger itself looked like a cheese burger, not at all how the menu made the burger appear, but even this unfortunately is normal.
The location felt colder than average, and the dining area appeared relatively clean. Even the restrooms appeared relatively clean.
While they definitely could do better, they definitely could do much worse.

Stopped to grab a bite to eat at the 107 Groesbeck Mt Clemens Mi location with my family. Ordered the Arch Burger and had an issue with it not being fully done. Was told that there was nothing that could be done about it because it was found halfway into the burger like it was my fault that it wasn’t done and only found after halfway through. I asked for it to be corrected and was told because it was half way through the burger even after showing the difference between the patties that one was done and the other was not that there was nothing that the manager himself would do for me. Even after informing that it was not fully done and could stand the possibility of getting sick from it. He quoted with a smerk ” YOU WILL NOT GET SICK”. So after asking managers name he comes over and asked my husband why we needed his name and further informed him that I had called another location and they said to make a complaint on the app so I did and he then decides to try and keep me from posting the complaint and review. By now deciding after all that he would get me another burger made. But not without a bunch of sarcasm and attitude while being super loud about how the burger was to be fried and to make sure to leave it on the grill an extra 1/2 minute on each side. In the process of all this he first told me that they are cooked to temp in the morning and there was no way the burger could be raw. I have never had an issue with this store until this evening.

I am literally .3 miles from this location and yet they won’t offer delivery because I am “out of range”. How am I out of range when I am literally less than half a mile away and meanwhile I can get stuff delivered over 5 miles away without issue. They won’t address this and cant give an answer. Given being a 3 star place, I can only imagine the food quality I would get being so close.
Contacted Mcdonald corporate also and literally am just ignored. They let you think your doing something and “requesting contact” to make you feel better and thats it. Don’t be fooled.
Further proved by this owner clearly only being able to say “sorry use this link” coincidentally linking you to the same BS Mcdonalds link for “help”. I surely would rather starve than attempt to order here. Leading me to believe the reviews are believable.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot. Sat in the drive thru for almost 20 mins just for my order to be wrong (very on par w this location). Now I’m back in line and I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for at least 15 mins now, there are two places to order and neither persons order is being taken.

This McDonald’s is definitely the best in area in and around Mt. Clemens, probably even the best in Macomb county for multiple reasons. Their prices are on the lower side considering the wide variance amongst the different McDonald’s locations which is reason enough to go here, however they also have great customer service im my experience. I generally stop here after work and pick-up a smoothie I ordered on the app, however one night their machine broke and I assumed the order would just void and not debit my account as that’s the way it’s happened in the past. This time however the transaction cleared and I was charged for a smoothie I didn’t receive. I stopped by the day that happened and explained it to the employee I spoke to (didn’t get her name unfortunately) and she immediately offered to make me the smoothie (machine was still down) or something else to resolve the matter, and ended up making me 2 shakes without me even asking for the second one. It was a very pleasant surprise to see that sort of response to what in truth was a very minor issue. That’s the type of customer service that’s far less common than it should be nowadays, however that was exactly my experience. It was already my favorite McDonald’s and that just solidified my opinion on it.

Last week when I came here at 3:30 in the morning their pop machine wasn’t working and they couldn’t refund my drink because I ordered it on the app. That was my first time ever going to this McDonald’s. I go today at 4 a.m. they ask for my code and when I give it to them they tell me I can’t place an order for 15 minutes. I work midnights and there’s not much open for food so this is very disappointing and now I will not be returning.

Picked up some breakfast this morning. No cars in line just me. Picked up my food and went home to find no straws in bag, and the food was all overcooked. (Had a burnt taste ive NEVER had at any mcdonalds)

This was the third time I pull up and I was denied service. The first two times the excuses were her servers just went down. The third time which was last night she said she was only taking door dash orders. All these incidents happened around 3am. I wonder if it’s the same lady Everytime.
