Buns were so stale they were not edible. Fish sandwich tasted like it was made yesterday. Also not edible. Staff was nice. Food was terrible. Worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. And they were busy! You wouldn’t expect the food to be so cold, old, and stale when they are busy. Something is definitely a miss at this McDonald’s. Cadillac West the wait is always long even when they are not busy but the food is 1000x better. So strange.

So slow, no cashier inside, staff refused to make eye contact, no welcome. It’s a summer weekend, up north… the busiest time of year. This is the worst managed McDonald’s we have been to, our local friends refuse to stop by this location because it is so mediocre. Stop by some other fast food joint, this location is a stain on McDonald’s reputation.

Drive-thru was crazy as to be expected as it was lunchtime. But when you order a meal and it comes with a drink, the worker told me I didn’t get the drink. I also ordered a frappe and she told me that was with the meal. Umm, no I paid for that separately. Then she gave me a cup with Carmel drizzle and a strawberry shake with whip cream and Carmel drizzle on top! Do not try this drink, it is NOT recommended!! I had to turn around and go into the building to fix my order. Now the guy in the building ” I wish I would have caught his name” was awesome! Fixed my problem right away with nothing but smiles. Thank you “guy” for getting me out with a smile!

Good service, but three different times I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, and they got me a single. The third time, they corrected them at the window. Otherwise a good restaurant.

This McDonald’s was possibly the worst one I’ve ever visited. We opted not to eat in the dining room as every available table had not been cleaned (and there were a lot of available tables as only one was occupied by a person). The fries were not fresh, although the chicken nuggets and drinks were ok. I ordered an ice cream cone for my daughter through the app (and PAID for it) but was promptly told by the worker, “Oh, we ain’t got no ice cream.” No explanation why it said available in the app, no offer of a refund, nothing. There are really not a lot of options right by the station for a meal, but I would avoid this place if possible.

Nice when you go through the drive thru but when you think it would be faster inside,,, don’t do it.. Going in you get ignored and takes way longer. Better choice is definitely a REALLY long line outside.
