Trying to beat the heat with some indoor play for my toddler here, and came in to one of the most disgusting play areas I’ve ever seen.
Im not coming in expecting perfection, its a fast food play ground. But this level of neglect is high.
Straws and napkins out of stock. Every table sticky, most with trash underneath. Trash in the bathroom. Trash in a high chair with a spill from however long ago under. Most kids not wearing socks in the play place.
This place makes me wish the health department would do more unannounced inspections.
Do not dine in here with your kids.

Went this morning to get breakfast for my son before school, I ordered at the speaker pull up to pay and the rude girl at the window says I can’t take that payment and closes the window not even giving me a chance to pay another way, so I sit there she opens the window and tells me to go across the street at 7am to the bank and get my own change, when all I wanted to do was going to Apple Pay, but she wanted to be rude and not do her job, I then call to speak to a manager and she was just as rude, thank you McDonald for your kindness this morning, if you don’t like taking care of customers maybe you 2 should find another job! Girl and first window and your morning manager need help in customer service.

Service was very poor. We stood at the register for about 10 minutes before anyone asked if we had been helped. A couple workers looked at us, but never said anything or tried to get someone to help.
They were attending to other orders, but someone could at least at knowledge us and say someone will be with you in a few minutes.

The person taking orders in the drive thru this morning was extremely rude. I was very polite, just asked what kind of drinks they had because she told me they were out of large diet coke and caramel machiatos. She audibly went “UGH” and then demeaned me to her coworker because I misunderstood that “we don’t have large diet coke” meant they don’t have large cups. Don’t normally give bad reviews but she probably should not work in customer service if she is going to make people feel like they are stupid.

Terrible customer service. The worst employees that don’t have a smile on their face, they speak on the intercom with bad attitude and no enjoyment. No happiness just look like there force to work and that’s it. I understand some customers are rude, but not all. If you don’t like working here find another job that makes you happy. Geesh. They really need coaching.

The service and food here used to be terrible, and you could even hear the employees making fun of customers.
They seem to have a lot of new staff, they’ve improved a lot! Orders are very accurate, food is delicious, and they’re very fast, if they’re not too busy.

Fast service no wait. All employees were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Very neat and clean store plenty of places to order and the food quality was amazing!

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meal. It’s pretty simple. Asked for salsa at the window and was lectured by the attendant that I should have asked with the order. I get to work, open the meal, and it’s a ham egg and cheese sandwich. So I got lectured, and they can’t even get the sandwich right.

The people taking orders in the drive thru are always shitty. The first time I went to this location I drove off after I placed an order because the guy taking it was like rushing me and sounded so condescending and annoyed. The second time was today and when I drove off the lady said something pretty rude about me because she thought her mic was off. Never going to this location again! Absolutely horrible staff!
