I don’t know how but not only was it the busiest and quickest service with the hottest food. The same worker that took my order, and took my cash, when I pulled to the second window I could see him also making the food, then he was making shakes, and handing the order out! One man running the show really dang good!!! I wanted to go back and tell him but felt like it might distract him. Good job!

Bad service! Our food was completely cold and my bacon was chewy, several things were out of stock.
They took too long to attend us (they were talking in the back of the kitchen laughing even though they saw us in the front waiting) We asked for tap water for my babies and they charged us for that tap water. Isn’t it free? Anyways. The place was also dirty. Overall, bad experience.-

I ordered on the app for the new Monopoly game and I didn’t get any of the monopoly pull off tabs as I have at other locations. I simply called to let them know I was missing them which was the whole point of ordering it, and they argued that other locations are supposed to be doing the same as them. So I’m now out on my chance to play their advertised game, and I’m not sure their employees are well informed on the advertisement because they just thought I was asking what I could order for it. (Which yes my item was named off) I honestly would have just ordered a $2 cheeseburger if I knew my money and chance to win were going to be wasted. I know it’s simple but it’s the only reason I even ordered it.

Wow, I really cannot believe the attitude and service of some ppl that work in the service industry. I normally don’t stop here too often unless I have my children but tonight I just wanted a snack. Burger King is closer but I prefer McDonald’s flurry’s. Well tonight changed my mind do not have to worry about interrupting someone at 7:45… I guess if you can’t screw up the food you might as well screw it up with being mad at people that you’re there…

This is our favorite McD’s in Holland. The staff is very friendly. We enjoy speaking Spanish with them…though we have limited ability. The food quality is always good. The remodeled interior is very attractive and modern looking. It can be a little cool inside if you sit near an air vent, but overall we enjoy this spot on Holland’s north side.

Went thru the drive thru. The guy who took my order got it totally wrong. I even gave him the code. He said they would fix at the first window. I had to tell her 3 times what I ordered. Then the manager came over and she got it wrong. Literally sat at the window a good 10 minutes. Then went to the pickup window and they asked me what I ordered. It was not to difficult. I only ordered one meal.
