First time visiting an Applebee’s in years. Arrived about 8pm. There was no wait and we were seated right away. The bar area seating was full though the dining room wasn’t. Soft lighting and they had music playing. They have a touch tunes juke box so I played some songs while dining. I ordered a blackened shrimp and andouille sausage penne pasta and it was wonderful! Husband got a burger and onion rings and his was also really good. The chips and queso appetizer we also enjoyed. One of the best parts of Applebee’s is they stay open til midnight. Since covid, you’d be hard pressed to find something other than fast food open that late in this area and now that we know this we’ll be repeat customers for sure!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a sit down meal on your own time that tastes great with great service.

I don’t know where to start. We were visiting from out of state and needed something quick, chose here, sorry we did.
Every employee was on their phone other than what I assume was the manager. The hostess walked around with her phone in hand watching Tik tok videos. Our waitress was literally on FaceTime while taking our order, delivering drinks, bringing our box, and check. The manager was the one that brought our food-which we packed in a box since we waiting over an hour for just a quesadilla appetizer and drinks, regular food much longer.
I’m so confused at how a manager on duty sees them on their phones and ignores that there is such poor service. The manager was even bussing tables while his staff were sitting at the bar on their phones.
We all had stomach aches from the little we did eat. I wish I could get out money back, really disappointed.

First of all, our waitress was overwhelmed with the fact there was only she and another waitress on the floor. It took us a very long time to get our drinks and food. I don’t hold her responsible, I hold Applebee’s responsible for not hiring enough help. It wasn’t even that busy today after church . Our waitress was very nice and apologized for every thing running late and she was also very kind enough to remove our drinks off of our check since we had to wait for so long. I ordered the Chicken/ grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes. The food came out piping hot when we finally got it, so that’s a plus. The mashed potatoes were ok I guess. They tasted like instant potatoes with pieces of skin mixed in to give the illusion you’re getting homemade mashed potatoes. That poor waitress is obviously under paid for such an overly exasperating job, if anything Applebee’s, give her a raise for striving to do great. Also, one last thing , the food is incredibly over priced for what you get, 1 entre and 1 side. Not worth it to me. I’m a big eater and if I’m paying good money for something , doggone it, make it generous portions. Shee-oh!

My waitress, Emmy was the absolute perfect hostess. In addition to being very beautiful and eye-catching, she was always on top of my order making sure that I had plenty to drink and asking if I needed anything else and always serving with a smile. As I was eating more customers came in and it became a little busy so she had to serve more people but never became noticeably frustrated and continued to serve everybody with the same grace in which she served me. She definitely made the night enjoyable.

Sat at the bar. Bartender was nice. Food was cold and not real fresh. We sat by the register and the smell was rancid. Smells of hot dumpster and sour beer wafted ever few seconds. It’s clearly in nerr it a good cleaning. Made me wonder how clean the kitchen was. Other guests sitting on either side of us were also holding their noses from the putrid smell. Spent $60 and barely ate. Not a great experience.

Absolute trash! 2nd time I’ve come here for them to be understaffed and basically ignore our party. This was my last chance with Applebees. I love the food but the staff and environment have been terrible for a couple years now. What was once a good go out to eat spot has turned into an unprofessional lower level restaurant. DO BETTER! Your arrive sucks! Now!

Had the grilled cheeseburger, it was delicious. Ordered mashed potatoes with it, the were very good as well. The service was horrible and lacking. We didn’t get refills and was actually finished when the bartender brought my potatoes. So I took them home.

We stopped yesterday to grab a quick meal before going to a show. Took a while to get seated, took even longer to get a drink order. Had to ask for the drink to be delivered. Decided to just go with some appetizers because we could tell this visit wasn’t going well. We ordered some appetizers after tracking down our server. When the appetizers finally arrived they were a mess. Hastily put together and the wrong condiments to go with t them. The pretzels had ranch spilled all over them and we were not supposed to even have ranch. They reordered the pretzels we never saw. We asked for the check which we received and the server never came back to pick it up. I ended up going to the bar to pay our bill. Costs us 30 dollars for 1 sampler platter and two beers and terrible service. I don’t know if this is a one off or typical but I won’t be back to find out.

Honestly down right the most horrible experience i have ever had in an apple bees. It took an hour just to get our drinks the waitress dropped off 1 drink for 1 person out of the 4 of us and didnt come back with other 3 till an hour later. We finally got to give her our order after that just to have all of our food come out cold or over dryed out like its been sitting in a heat lamp it was pretty gross and we will probably never go back to this location or even Applebee’s in general for awhile

Don’t order takeout here any time. I occasionally order a pickup order here when I see an ad for a dinner that sounds good. They have never failed to disappoint. I show up at the time I’m given and wait in my car for the car side pickup and typically wait about 10 minutes and they don’t come so I go inside and am completely ignored by every employee for another 5-10 minutes. I eventually have to ask someone to grab my food that has been ready and sitting somewhere in the kitchen while I wait judging by how soggy it gets. This isn’t a one time experience or I wouldn’t write this. It’s every time I’ve tried it over the last year. Maybe 5-8 times. Please give someone the responsibility of answering calls and doing carry out / to go orders instead of leaving the area empty while the servers and bartenders walk around you.
