The guy at the window, didn’t listen at all then blamed the mic and then couldn’t follow what I was saying even though I was saying it plenty loud enough. Then I pulled up to the window and the guy was mad at me and was very blunt. Then I pull up and they said they were waiting for my fries to be done and I pulled up (which I wasn’t mad about). Got home and saw that they still only half filled my fries and they still look old (photos attached). I’m not one to write reviews but every time I go here it seems like they don’t know how to fill my fries. It sucks seeing this much money go to waste every time I stop here for half assed food.

McDonald’s does not equally treat all of their customers. I am a DoorDasher. I represent the face of the customer who chooses to have their food delivered at a higher charge than those who order in the store. I consistently receive poor customer service. Today was the topping on the cake. McDonald’s demands that doordashers park in courier parking. After every storm management directs their employees to not shovel the sidewalk leading up to the corrier parking…. Every single time there is a storm. We have elderly folks who DoorDash for McDonald’s. Does McDonald’s care if they fall coming into the store? The answer is absolutely not! There’s ice under the snow today. No shoveling, no salt, no sand, and they just don’t care!

I waited about 15 minutes after getting out of work to order breakfast after my 12 hour shift, keep in mind I work about 45 minutes away from this location and realized they were the only location open near me. I Was then told that after I placed my online order they weren’t taking any orders. I told them I had a pickup order and they just said we’ll refund it. So here I am waiting on a refund on something I literally waited for. Extremely disappointed and hope there’s a quick simple resolution aka my money back. I understand things happen but if you’re a 24 hour McDonalds you should be able to run for 24 hours and provide service to your customers.

The last 3 visits, I ordered food online. First time had 2 missing sausage Mcmuffins on my order. Didn’t discover till I got home. Second time, they forgot 2 hashbrowns. The third time, said my order was ready then I sat and waited 15min to recieve. Then had to go in and wait 5min to get one of the double burgers they forgot.

My bun was soggy and my fries were cold and soggy. I also ordered a large fry and they gave me half of a large fry. Also I ordered a bacon McDouble but they charged me 5$ for the bacon.

I usually have better luck in the drive thru. Food is right most of the time, but especially on the weekends the inside wait can get pretty long for your food and the last time I took my kids inside to eat they skipped over our food so we waited over 20 minutes to finally have to bring them out receipt so they could remake our food, my toddlers had grown crabby and impatient and we had 3 flies flying around us while we were trying to eat our meal. I notice there seems to always be flies when I do come inside to get food or eat. Definitely recommend drive through if you want a quick meal.

Went for dine in with my Granddaughter & waited about 5 minutes while the 8 people working on the drive thru window looked at me & never came over to take my order.
Finally I was told by the cashier she had to run an order outside before she could help me. Unsure why one of the other 7 people couldn’t do it. Seems like a boss could step in, because had my 4 year not been looking forward to her chicken nuggets…I definitely would have left after to 3rd person looked over & never acknowledged I was there. Very poor customer service. My cashier was nice…but really your fully staffed, don’t make the cashier run orders outside & ditch the walk in customers. The food was fine & fries were fresh so that helped the experience.

Same as any other McDonald’s. The driveway sucks as it’s shared with a neighboring business. I would avoid it at peak rush times because if you park and try to leave you could be stuck for a long time until the driveway empties. It’s a huge headache.
