I’m usually ready to get McDonald’s because of fries and a good burger… Today was not the day very upset with what I recieved in the drive through and that was half full fries dumped upside down and a cheeseburger that is mutilated. Pick up the quality guys and gals. Thanks to Justin he is going to make it right next time I go in. I know you guys have hiccups and hope this is just a one time deal.

It was slow getting to order. May have had a new employee. The fries were fresh and hot. The frappe tasted good, but the hamburger tasted meh and the consistency was like it had been cooked too long. They were friendly at both windows though.

I went through the drive through and it was quick and the employees were friendly. My order was accurate and delicious. It’s not their fault I stained my pants with ketchup, lol I’ll definitely be skipping the one in Saline and going a little further for this McDonald’s from now on.

Used drive-thru 10 min before close. My card wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash to cover the cost ($7). The manager was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation and rather then throwing the order away, allowed me to have it anyway.

I normally don’t have a negative review to post but today is a little different considering I was short on time when I went out for lunch. My order was good though everything was there and the fries were hot and fresh. However the frappe’s I bought for myself and a coworker did not come with straws….I know it seems like a tiny issue but when you’re pressed for time and look forward to a delicious frappe, having to turn around to get straws caused a surprisingly annoying inconvenience. Other than that the food was great so instead of 5 stars they’re getting 3 today.

Fries have been nasty the last few times I have been here, like they just leave fries sit. Ask for it fresh here, especially for the price. Now it should be hot food! Asked for no sauce or onions on my burger and still had sauce and onions, plus waited forever… Not been back to McDonald’s since had bad food in Brooklyn, clinton and tecumseh.

Ordered thier new Spicy Bacon Chicken sandwich and it had no bacon and it was luke warm and the fries were cold! The wait staff was nice and friendly though that is the only good thing I can say. Why didn’t I take it back, well because I was already about 5 miles down the road and didn’t have the time to go back, or I would of!

Had a great experience. This staff is awesome and friendly. They have good food here for a McDonald’s. They always get the order right and it hasn’t been sitting out under a lamp for long periods. And for the bad reviews out there, let me just say, try the Brooklyn location. Food is disgusting there. I live right in Brooklyn and always drive to Clinton if I’m craving Mickey D’s, and btw Kyle, keep the faith and pray for America! Keep up the great work! ❤️ ✌️2024

Ordered at 1:30, Sunday 02/05/24. Hoping this calls attention to the manager at the time who hung up on me whilst I tried to explain that someone put their finger completely through my burger. While I understand it’s just a burger and I’m sure people have bad days, I was simply calling to make them aware. I was left as not a “customer” but treated like I was angry, which I had not been. I was treated as an annoyance. Customer service NEEDS to have even the basic level of respect. Everywhere. Including such places where I know not everyone is pleased they are working there. We all have choices, just like how we treat each other. “Nobody’s angry, have a nice day.”

Not usually good service by McDonald’s standards. Staff is personable but lacking in performance. We live close by so this is our closest option. We have come to driving an extra 8 miles just to avoid. Once in a while we will pull through this restaurant not thinking, and be reminded that even in a hurry we should still avoid. I app ordered the other morning, and waited 10 minutes, and still got the wrong thing. Update. Pulled through not thinking. Was OK, but the fryers just don’t crisp like other stores. Nuggets were greasy, not crisp. Same with the fries. I empathize with staffing issues. I would rather wait for the acceptable “standard”. Then rush to disappointment.
