The burgers were dry, the shakes were just milk and a pinch of flavor..
That said, this particular location was pretty frustrating, especially as a DoorDasher. The staff seemed very disorganized and worked at a really relaxed, slow pace, even though there were a lot of orders. When I arrived, I was told the order would be ready in about four minutes. Fifteen minutes later, it still wasn’t ready.
They also don’t seem to have a good system for calling out pickup or DoorDash orders. They’ll call out numbers for dine-in customers, but pickup orders aren’t announced when they’re ready, which just adds to the confusion and wait time.
What was most concerning, though, was a large puddle of water near the soda machines. I was there for about 20 minutes, and no one cleaned it up the entire time. Customers were walking through it to get drinks and use the restroom. That’s a serious safety hazard and a potential liability, and it was surprising that no one on staff seemed concerned.
If you have another Five Guys nearby, I’d recommend going to that one instead. This location felt understaffed, disengaged, and poorly managed compared to what I normally expect from the brand.
update: I called the manager Jesse to speak of the matter he stated “you saw how busy we were” lol and this who y’all have representing y’all. Do better five guys do better.
The attendat was a very nice man, no complains about him.
The fountain was not calibrated or something coz the soda flavor was terrible, like medicine. The taste was different to the common brand.
