I live in town and won’t lie. I have had 100 bad experiences here if not more.
But as a parent, you know there’s no alternative sometimes and you have no choice but to get McDonald’s recently I’ve noticed a newer employee and she makes your experience At this location refreshing she is so warm and inviting
Promote this girl make her a Supervisor or something never let her leave
Kyky Is her name on her name tag and she is the nicest employee you will ever meet here

It was the drive thru and I pulled to the side and there were two car in front of me and like 3 behind me. Every car in and behind was give their order and cars after them! I had to call over the car hop to ask where was my food and he went to get it and came back with the wrong order. I had to get back in line to get right order then the drive thru person asked me to pull ahead again. I said absolutely not, I will wait right here for my food!

Forgot my hashbrown, sauce packets, wrong drink. Absolutely awful, paired with someone just throwing food out the window not saying a word and closing the window. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired.

Same thing as above but this time I got someone else’s order. So yea have fun with the McDonald’s, maybe train your employees to talk to the people in the drive thru.

If your employees have no desire to be here, get new ones. Not exaxtly the best job in the world but damn, can’t even hear the person on the drive thru speaker. She said nothing when I pulled up to the window. Repeating issue, need to fix.

Last night at 8 o’clock I sent my daughter in for a pickup order at the counter. She stands there for 20 minutes then comes out with a bag and tells me they still got to make drinks. So she goes back in then proceeds to wait another 30 minutes just for them to make the wrong drinks. Then I get home and realize there’s no nuggets in my bag 2 6 pieces and a 4 piece missing. I take my daughter back in and the lady with the beard wanted to tell my daughter she was lying. I could tell something was wrong so I go in ask my kid what’s wrong and she says the workers are calling her a liar. I ask the lady politely, mind u just a little loud, why are you calling my kid a liar and the nugget making tough guy in the back screams at me to get out when I did nothing wrong just ask why they were disrespecting my kid and calling her a liar. I think it was all because she’s mixed and part black so I got kicked out and robbed by McDonald’s. I’m gonna contact a lawyer.

Unacceptable. They need to fix their Online hours because it is obviously not correct or they are just closing early and are too lazy to work another hour. We ordered before the inside closed at 11 we pull up at like 11:06 because the drive-through said it was open until 12. They said they’re closed, but they literally served somebody right before us.

This McDonalds can not get nothing right. A simple order of an ice coffee with extra caramel drizzle, which is 30 cents extra, which is ok, cant even get done right. Pay for extra and your lucky if you even see a drop. And in the evening, the guy running the window is ruder then hell. Order a quarter pounder and take a bite and wow raw in the middle. Not one but twice. Complained to the manager and all he said is your not getting your money back, that’s the way we make it. You want it any other way, you need to order it well done. Well they lost a customer outside of ordering a drink.
