Was one of the best in the area until recently, over the past few months the service has gotten horrible. Always screwing up orders even when they aren’t busy, always pulling you forward in the drive thru then making you wait for 20 minutes and still have to get out and go inside because they lost your order or more than likely gave it to another customer. I’m beginning to wonder where the idiots they employ have been found because incompetent is the only word I’d use to describe the current employee base.

I truly don’t think there is a worse fast food establishment in all of Paw Paw. It takes forever to order, the frappe machine is ALWAYS ALWAYS- BROKEN OR BEING CLEANED [BS!] I’ve gone as far to call once a week for 2 months acquiring about the state of the machine. Was told 2 weeks past Thursday it would be fixed, called almost 3 weeks later and was assured it was fixed, sped up to frappe heaven only to be told the machine was down for cleaning. My order is always missing something. They always make you pull ahead and then serve cold everything. You cant even order ahead on the app, you will be going in wondering if they realize your out there. It will say within 5 to 10 mins of a said time and you can sit for up to 30mins waiting. I’d give zero stars but that isn’t an option.

The food was what you would expect at McDonalds but the prices are getting out of control. I normally choose McDonald’s because it used to be light on my wallet, now a McChicken is $1.99.Still an ok place to go but not if you’re looking to save any money by not going somewhere better

I usually stop by the Edwardsburg McDonald’s during the week for a quick drink or snack. The fries are always fresh but….not today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I’ve attached a picture of the MESS that was thrown together into the box (this is exactly how it looked when I opened it, I didn’t move anything around). The fries were barely warm and, somehow, my drink was warm. It took longer than usual to order & get my food so I don’t know if staffing was the issue. But, whatever it was, I’m done with this McDonald’s for a while!!!

I have avoided this mcdonals for 7 plus years after past experiences. I am SO happy I stopped today around 1130am. I was greeted happily by 4 separate employees when I walked in, that were more than happy to help me. My order was made correctly, quickly, and fresh. I will be back again soon! Great job team!
