One person had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a hot chocolate during this time four customers had to listen to the store manager yelling at an employee about what a lousy job. He was doing loud enough everybody in the restaurant could hear it. I do not believe that that is the type of atmosphere you wish to convey at your establishment

Placed walkin order 7:32 PM of 2 double cheese burgers and medium fries. received it 16 minutes later without napkins and barely lukewarm fries. Came for speed, convenience, and typical consistency but not here.

I had a very unpleasant and shocking experience at this McDonald’s. While serving French fries to customers, one of the women working there was eating fries herself, licking her fingers, and then using her bare hands to place fries on trays. That is extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, she later washed her hands under the same drink fountain where customers get Coke, soda, and water — right under the tap labeled “water.” This is completely unsanitary and unsafe for customers.
The burger I received was also disappointing — the cheese wasn’t melted and was placed carelessly, making the food look and taste unappetizing. Overall, the staff appeared unprofessional and incompetent. This location urgently needs better training and much stricter standards for food safety and cleanliness.

It’s McDonald’s so never going to get 5 stars. Necessary quick bite to eat, loo stop on our way to ORD Chicago. 2 x chicken McCrispy ordered for wife and I, pretty average but then I knew that beforehand. Clean restrooms.

It’s a McDonald’s right off an interstate so the expectations are low. But the lady taking orders through the drive thru was uninviting. She yelled into the microphone and was not any more pleasant at the window. Maybe just an off day. But then I nearly spilled my coffee on myself when the lid was not on all the way. Just meh.

It’s McDonalds, good place for a fast meal. We had a twelve hour drive to make and we weren’t looking for a high class sit down meal. We received our meal in a timely manner we ate it pretty fast so we could get back to our trip.

Oh this place is scraping the bottom of the barrel, staff will stand there and look at you at the counter, but won’t help till someone tells them to. Food was cold to, not like sitting cold, more like not cooked enough cold.

Fast food employees need to take pride in their work. The items could be so good if they just cared a little bit about what they serve. Dead floppy hash brown’s, old sausage, and watered down coffee. This one will close eventually just like the one in Stevensville. No more chances I’m done.
