I’m just gonna say this the girl in the pink hair need a new stylist
I didn’t get a refund on a 40$ meal

Oh and the couple who walked out behind me said yall trash too messed up his Big Mac and dry
The black mans order you messed up with the dreads

The only one doing the job was lady with the braids n the shoes who a Gm wearing bear claw boots you gonna slip girl

3 times in a row now I have arrived between midnight and 2am only to be told that they “weren’t taking orders”. They are supposedly open 24 hours but are not actually open. When I tried to call the next day to speak to someone they won’t answer the phone. It would be nice to rate their food/service and atmosphere but I can’t actually get any of that from them. The last time this happened was just last night 2/28/2026 at 2am.

Stopped inside during a road trip. Ordered a meal and afterward my daughter saw The Grinch on some of the bags. The manager very kindly gave her a Grinch bag, which made her day 🙂 thank you!

If I can give this place negative stars I would every Thursday Thur Sunday I have the worst experience. Went there on Thursday to get something to eat to the guy saying do you have a doordash I said no to do you have a mobile order I said no I’d like to make an order to we are closed he then said they are closed due to no kitchen staff which is confusing because how can they do doordash or mobile app orders with no kitchen staff what the hell is this crap it’s the closest McDonald’s to my home. I have no clue why this place is still standing. Every time I go here all I hear is we have no staff we’re closed it’s the same line of crap I hear Thursday through Sunday. Then I just go to a different McDonald’s because I know they’re going to serve me and not give me a line of crap.

Not only did they not tell me they didn’t have shakes when ordered and paid, I when they gave me our food but they gave us the wrong food….ordered cheeseburger NO meat and they labeled it without meat even though theee was meat on to go order. So paid for not being able to eat.

Definitely NOT OPEN 24/7! Don’t go late at night because they will tell you that you cannot be served. Bad quality of food to top it off. There’s other McDonalds restaurants close to this one… go to any other one!

Pulled up at 1am to order food. They told us they were no longer taking orders but the car in front of us was able to order. They wouldn’t tell us why or anything. If you’re closed and unable to take orders it would be beneficial to list that. It was ridiculous that we drive to a 24 hr place to be told they weren’t taking orders when the car right in front of us was able to order.

Waited for my mobile order for almost my whole break eveb though it was done. Staff didnt even ask me the name for the order untill 30 minutes of waiting and when i got what was suppose to be a double fish o filet it was a single and had mystery black stuff all over it.

Just stopped there, didn’t get my change or receipt & the fries were ice cold & the nuggets were hard as a rock & cold. The girl working looked like she was getting ready to leave, had her purse on. Had to ask me at the window what I ordered again. I knew I should have left then, but I was hungry & still am because I can’t even eat the crap I got.

TERRIBLE experience! They told me to pull forward because my food was being made fresh. I waited for 15-20 minutes before they brought it out. The fries were cold, all the food was cold. They didn’t give me my kids nuggets either. Then I called 8x to tell them they made a mistake and they didn’t answer. I let it ring so long the phone hung up on its own. Very disappointed. I don’t know what I expected, but this is one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. And now I’m out the money for the too. If I could give 0* I would.
