Waitress was doing her absolute best to keep up with the crowd but the restaurant was definitely understaffed and it affected wait times. Never got a refill and took a while to get our box (again, I can’t fault the waitress. She was doing her best with the situation she was given.)
Food is a little on the expensive side nowadays for what you get. Chicken parm was really good though and worth a reorder in the future! I would skip the fajita roll up (too much lettuce, not enough chicken) and the Caesar salad (too much dressing, very vinegar forward).

My family and I always have a wonderful experience at Applebee’s. From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with such friendliness and warmth. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff consistently make us feel comfortable and valued.
All of the servers are professional, attentive, and truly do a great job. They make sure everything is just right and always check in to see if we need anything. It’s clear they care about providing excellent service.
The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate. And of course, the food is absolutely delicious every time! It’s one of our favorite places to enjoy a meal together as a family.

We haven’t been here in years. I’m so glad we came. What an amazing experience. The food was delicious and our server, Lisa, was exceptional! I usually take pics of my food but this time I just dug in. And I enjoyed every bite. The house salad was so cool and fresh. It was the perfect start to our meal. We will be back.

Update: I went again around 9pm Sunday. Mattie is a great food server and is kind. The only disappointment was my peach sangria literally wasn’t ready for 20 mins. Wow.

I recently had a great experience at this Applebee’s. Our server, Claude, was fantastic! He was super attentive to our needs, even bringing warm water for my kids without us having to ask twice. Claude always had a smile on his face, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. The food was also delicious! I definitely recommend this Applebee’s, especially if you get Claude as your server.

Some of the worst service and food I have ever had. It took our waiter 20 plus minutes to initially come over. Then after taking our drink order, forgot one and didn’t come back over for awhile. All of the food was either cold or the slightest bit warm. We were also never checked in again after the food was delivered..not even for the check or to if we wanted anything. Will never be back as this Applebee’s has fallen far from the tree of being good

They changed the look of this Applebee’s and it looks nice! Service is great and food is great. Definitely a good change with staff and service. It used to have snappy, miserable staff but the new staff are super friendly and attentive. Food comes out nice and hot as well.

Excellent food. Great ambiance. Loved the non alcoholic drinks. Mozzarella Sticks and Chicken Tacos were very tasty appetizers. So we’re the Southwestern Bowls. Very friendly waitress. Will definitely go back.
