They seem to have had a recent facelift. Store was clean and modern. Service was slow but the kitchen was very busy. Lots of drive thru customers backed up waiting for food to come out. They were behind on door dash orders too. My order was a simple #3 meal to dine in. Food was fine. Wait was long. Staff was apologetic.

My autistic child was missing. He tried to use my cash app card here 6 times in a row. I called them right away and they told me he had not been there and told the police he had not been there. when I showed up there and showed them proof they said that in the 60 seconds between him using the card and me calling that their casher had left so they actually did not know if he had been there. A missing child is not something to lie about. I will never go here again.

Apparently when you use a free coupon from the App at this location they just give you whatever. The only reason I went was for the Lg Iced Caramel Mocha coffee, and I end up with a regular plain HOT coffee… I don’t see how it’s that difficult to get an order correct when I only ordered two items! And the person who makes the coffee only has to prepare that one item! Poor location – poorly trained employees – poor management.

Waited over ten minutes in line before we decided to go inside. Order and waited another 20 minutes before I drive thru runner decide to tell me I wasn’t waiting that long rolled her eyes and snapped her neck make smart comments as she took out a drive thru order upon returning to the store. She began to start another argument with me again. And as I was leaving she made sure leave me with a GIRL BYE. I don’t know if this is what you call customer service. But I know I won’t be back and I will be telling everyone I know not to return to the McDonalds on MLK. I will also will be contacting Triscey the store manager about this matter

It’s actually one of the better McDonald’s I eat at. I wish they would fix there parking lot and parking lot entrances. Getting in there is horrible but the service and food is always perfect.
