Went through the drive thru. The lune went pretty quickly. I like this particular McDonald’s, because the food is actually hot and good. Other McDonald’s, their food is warm at best — the cheese isn’t even melted. But this McDonald’s does a great job.

This is the serving size of a Carmel Sunday I got AFTER sending it back for saying “this is a half a Sunday” you can see that one small scoop they added to it. I’m not going to give a bad review because I’ve typically had decent experiences at this location but for the price I think this is unacceptable.

The staff members are rude. The coffee machine always needs to be cleaned. I’ve never once had my order made correctly the first time at this location. There’s a manager named Maureen who has no business in that role. I’d be more than happy to speak to the owner about my experiences, but they do not care. It’s a shame too because there is literally no other fast food in this town.

This McDonald’s is ridiculous. Unfortunately we live in town and this is the nearest one, however….at this point I’d drive anywhere just to not go to this one. For whatever reason this McDonald’s just can’t get it together. Whatever their deal with gatekeeping their sauce is…..it could really use some better training or something. We even ordered EXTRA sauce (because this has happened before) and we didn’t even get ANY sauce. And it happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Literally a whole bag of just dry, no sauce having nuggets. Prices go up, customer service goes down….and they can’t even give you sauce for your nuggets.

Reviews are, unfortunately, true. Most unpleasant McDonald’s food and service by far. Chicken in snack wraps was lukewarm and rubbery, tasted undercooked. Had to come back and exchange it, getting exact same experience as replacement order, and ended up asking for a refund as it really was that bad. Fries were just as described by other reviewers – somehow burnt, cold and soggy all at the same time. Refund was issued, but no apology or compensation provided.

The slowest McDonald’s drive-thru by far, I need to pull over into Lane one for two large fries are you kidding, and I sat at your drive-thru for 5 minutes before saying hello and being answered with one moment please. People are doing burnouts leaving the driveway because they’re so irritated with the wait time!

I placed a mobile order for counter pickup 11/14/25 at about 8:20am the older blond lady working the counter placed the order on the counter and after pawing through the bag the person in front of me took it. I told the older blond lady at the counter that the person you gave the order to took my order and she replied with I didn’t give anyone your order to anyone. It was resolved by the manager no issues but the older blond lady working the counter was rude didn’t take accountability and didn’t offer an apology. I’m only writing this because this isn’t the first time that McDonald’s has been so rude.

This place has awful service. My last order here I was given a bag with 3 breakfast sandwiches and all of them were burnt.

Went there around 4:20 in the drive thru, left about 4:40… i drive to the outside lane and myself and 1 person was waiting for order to be taken. Other person order gets taken, I sit and wait and then I watch3 cars get their orders taken and drive ahead after i had already been sitting waiting. I drive up to the window and the confused look begins. This person asks if I have been cashed out before i explain “no ive been sitting in the drive thru for the past 5 min watching 3 cars go ahead of me before I would like to speak to a manager.”
“Oh well do you know what you want?”
“Yes, and I would like to speak to a manager.”
“Uhh ok.”
No one brings a manager, i back up and get out of line, park, walk inside and ask to speak to a manager. I explain the situation and I get the excuses of “theirs no technical difficulties” and “I dont know where my back window people are Im sorry.” Only part of my meal was comped for the excessive waiting thru the drive thru, and my fries were cold. I get it, its a long day and you dont need a pissed off customer at your counter, however do something extra to make it right I was there for 20 min and my food was just awful. And because my food was bad/cold fries I write a 1 star review.

In the 17 years I’ve been back in this town, I have never once had to go inside McDonald’s to get food owed to me because they messed up an order—or because you order on the app only to find out they can’t fulfill the order because the machine is down. Until today.
Today I dealt with a self-righteous manager who’s apparently been there all of six months and is far more concerned with drive-thru times than actual customer service—someone who absolutely should not be in a customer-facing role.
We go through the drive-thru, place our order, pull up to the first window like we always do, and let them know we have a drink already on the books. That employee tells us to mention it at the next window and they’ll take care of it. Instead, we’re told, “Sorry, can’t help you—go back around the drive-thru and place the order again.”
So we do. After going through the drive-thru twice, we’re then told this incompetent manager refuses to give us the drink we’re owed unless we come inside. The best part? There was no one behind us the first time—he could have easily made the drink then and there. But no, standing around was clearly more important.
Here’s the reality: forcing a customer to come inside because your restaurant messed up—because you’re too focused on drive-thru times instead of accuracy and service—isn’t policy, it’s entitlement. Making customers pay for your incompetence is not customer service.
