Has to be the slowest place ever. Service isn’t good. One in Texarkana is no better. Terrible service. Would expect Dennys to be the next to close their doors. Food stacked up in window getting cold and no one bringing it out. Eggs weren’t even fully cooked, had clear gooyness to it. Everything else was edible.

First of all, what has happened to Dennys? There were 3 tables with people, that’s including us. Only 2 of us, took 10 minutes to get our drinks. Apparently they didn’t know which server was waiting on us. Finally after starring at the employees one came over and took our order. I could look past the seats covered in duct tape. But servers just doing absolutely nothing was crazy. Why even show up for work if you don’t want to make tips? We watched as a manager was called to one of the tables. Guess their wasn’t anyone happy here. The salmon came out plain, was supposed to be cooked with herbs. Very bland, broccoli was cold, and took forever just to get anything else we needed. Definitely a lack of service. Very disappointed, Dennys is off our list for sure. My son had coffee, asked for creamer. Waitress finally brought him some In a coffee filter. Lol manager wasn’t very friendly either. Waste of time and money going here. They don’t even fill up salt and pepper.

Didn’t get served my food. Waited 45 minutes and still didn’t have my food served. A gentleman who sat near me after I had my order placed got served before me, so I decided to leave. I understand that it can get busy, and that mistakes can happen but if you’re following the flow of orders on your screen you shouldn’t have a problem. Won’t come here again, especially not being from here and away from home on business.

The Denny’s located in New Boston, Texas is an old, rundown location. The decor is completely worn out. Just about every bench seat (booths) has duct tape on it. Our waitress was wiping down every dirty table with the same exact dish towel then she took our order. She never washed her hands. She wasn’t wearing gloves. Then she went back to wiping down other tables then she brought out our food and not once did she wash her hands. Unhealthy, disgusting. Don’t stop here. Keep on driving. It’s not worth getting sick or worse.

We visited on Thursday afternoon after the lunch rush. The restaurant workers were busy cleaning up tables, but as soon as we walked in, someone came right up to us and we were seated immediately, our waitress was attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. Would recommend to anyone wanting a family-style meal at a reasonable price.
My daughter got the Berry Banana pancakes, which came with eggs, hash browns and bacon, and I got the 9-grain pancakes with eggs and bacon. Both were under $7.75 and our total bill was only about $16.

Hashbrowns were undercooked and old potato’s. The philly omelette was hot in the middle and cold on the outside. The brisket Mac and cheese- onion rings were cold, Mac was overcooked to the point of breaking, brisket was good. Our server was excellent. She really was.

Me and my wife went to Denny’s today in New Boston TX. The food and service was excellent. When we got up to go pay I ask my waitress if I could see the cook. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but when she came out she thought she was in trouble for something. I told her the food was excellent and gave her a tip it made her day. I was there around 5 pm. Go see the ladies at Denny’s it’s worth it.
