Manager had an attitude after they messed up the order. Normally we just leave but this was the 3rd time in under 2 weeks. Either get better comms or confirm orders at the window, even Culver’s has better service.

The cashier was nice and amazing as always HOWEVER the food was crap! The kitchen staff needs to stop cutting corners and being lazy when it gets between 8-close.
I ordered a #1 (Big Mac meal) and a #5(nugget meal) I got a Big Mac that had been sapped together and had nasty black onions on it, and 2/ 10pc COLD, SOGGY, OLD nuggets! I wouldn’t complain if this was the first time! This has been the case every time I’ve gone in the last month! I called and they offered to take my name and send me coupons! I don’t want your damn coupons I want you to do the job you get paid for! I’ve worked in fast food myself for years and there is absolutely no excuse for this aside from laziness! I waited for 10 minutes for some cold inedible food! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

We order from here alot and we usually get the curbside pick up so we dont gotta get out of our car, when we got the food we came home only to discover that my 6 piece chicken nuggets only had two pieces in them and I marked both my burgers as plain but also remove all the stuff manually. I accidentally forgot to remove mustard individually but marked it plain still. Came with only mustard so that’s my fault but only getting 2 nuggets our of a 6 piece is terrible

I have never had so much attitude served in one place by every single person who had dealt with our money or our order. The level of attitude every single time I go in there is absolutely ridiculous and whenever I call the phone just rings through multiple times in a row and nobody can seem to answer the phone either. I’m normally not the type of person to leave this nasty of a review, but I don’t like to be treated like I’m a nuisance because I’m hungry or thirsty.

Ordered 2 double cheese burgers with no pickles and no onions. Received 2 burgers with no cheese. Whatever mistakes happen, but then for the id assume “manager” to be yelling to me from the kitchen “DO YOU WANT ME TO WANT YOU CHEESE OR PUT IT ON FOR YOU” was ridiculous. Burgers were cold by the time I got them back. Would not recommend.

Okay I get you have to use the kiosk to order. But if you’re not going to fill my cup for me, then just let me order a large soda. They being it to the table then you have to get up and go fill your families drinks while your food sits getting cold

Went through the drive through then had to park and wait for our food. The person who brought our bag out handed it to me and ran away. Upon checking the bag we found it was missing my daughter’s happy meal. Due to the dinning room being closed I had to go back around to the drive through, which was now busy. After reporting the issue to the person on the speaker then to the person at the pay window the person at the food window still tried to hand me someone else’s order. When we finally got the Happy meal and the window was slammed on us we opened it to make sure the 2nd fry was in there like was ordered and sure enough, like every other time we have been to this location the second fry was missing so I sat at the window waiting for that. Once we thought we had all of our food we started home. After getting half way home my wife opened a Big Mac from the bag and found it was missing the top patty. Between the top and middle buns was just lettuce, pickle and sauce! It’s hard to eat at a place where you feel the need to inspect all of your food before leaving the pick up window.
