Your restaurant closed more than a half hour before its scheduled close. Checked the website and looked at the hours posted on the drive thru window. I went out of my way to go to this store and then had to go another 20 minutes out of my way. I hope management addresses this with the staff tonight. Picture shows my watch and the blacked out drive thru screen. I didn’t show up 5 minutes before close. I’m a former restaurant manager I know you have to clean the store at the end of the night. But shutting down over a half hour early is egregious.

Just absolutely horrible on every note, they are consistently messing up orders. Always forget sauce. It’s a persistent issue that they have yet to solve. Food comes out quickly, but last visit, I paid for a 6 piece nugget and they gave me 4 pieces in a 6 piece box. They often make mistakes at this location (missing single items, wrong toy, wrong drink, wrong burger toppings…). I only continue using this location out of convenience because it’s near my favorite shopping stores, otherwise I would never come to this location.

900 pm late night trip they made it fast made fresh food for us and it was hot and good fry’s could of been salted more but I thought it’s better then the last McDonald that ain’t even cook all out fry’s fully.

Literally just ordered a double cheeseburger and a big Mac at 11 o’clock right when lunchtime started.. I understand a lunch rush ..had to wait over 15 minutes just to get COLD
burgers, not one BUT BOTH and a coffee that did not taste right, when I ordered a caramel macchiato with EXTRA caramel syrup that tastes like straight black coffee. it’s nice to know this store doesn’t give you what you pay for and serves cold food. Maybe if the staff wasn’t talking so much they’d get orders out faster, DO BETTER
