Went to the drive thru around 11:30 yesterday. Thought that since lunch was just starting the food would be fresh. Wrong! Ordered a double cheeseburger, a daily double, and small fry. Two of the driest and over cooked hamburgers I’ve ever had. And the fries were cold with no salt. Won’t be going there again.

food was what I expected. ordered at kiosk for dine in. it got done relatively quickly, but myself and the three other tables dining in got our names called to come up and get it…….. I asked so you don’t bring it out anymore. she’s like oh I didn’t see that on it. turned away didn’t even apologize as she proceeded to do again to the other two tables after me. I actually thought I was at Burger King for a second. they stopped using trays and served all your stuff in bags now.

I’m not gonna go to some official website to do what? Not worth my time or effort.

Observed the worker making the burgers not change his gloves ONCE, and the line was filthy. Checked the PLAIN burger in our order to find it covered in onions from the guy’s FILTHY workstation and old gloves. Voiced my concerns to the worker who handed me our food and he snips, “well we work with onions, there’s literally nothing we can do”
Yes there is; change your gloves and CLEAN YOUR WORKSTATION???? Just pure laziness. Waste of time and money. This was ridiculous and you can bet I’ll be calling corporate to let them know how gross you guys keep your store.

The people are nice, but the quality of food is not there. Then, when you try to call them on it, you are ignored at the counter. It’s a shame that owners now only care about money over quality.

Update 2/12: was pulled for 2 Big Breakfast w/ Hotcakes. 20 minutes later it finally came out. No explanation was given when asked about the delay. Got home and found a burnt, thin, piece of sausage in one of the meals. I miss the day that we served people the way we wanted to be served. This boils down to poor management. You would think the franchisee would care about these comments, but he obviously doesn’t care either.

I understand it was 7 a.m., but there is no reason for employees to be rude or upset when working in customer service. I’m not asking for anyone to be overly cheerful, but at the very least some decency and respect should be shown to customers. There was no need to rush me through my order. When the cashier said “everything is on the screen,” I didn’t see anything there, and when I tried to clarify at the back cash, that employee was rude as well.

I worked at McDonald’s for 6 years, including as a manager, and not once did I treat a customer that way. Of course, everyone has bad days, but being rude is never acceptable in customer service. This experience was disappointing and needs improvement.

This location has really gone downhill, everytime we come here we are pulled to a parking spot to wait… today I was pulled for 3 cheese burgers only ketchup… waited almost 12 mins to get my food. Horrible

I would give them a zero if this was an option. Went through the drive thru. I ordered pancakes and a ham and egg breakfast sandwich combo, orange juice and hot chocolate. After paying, the guy at window 2 tried to give me a sausage mcmuffin. I told him that’s not what I ordered. Then he verified my order, gave me my drinks and told me to park in spot 5 that there is a short wait for my food. I bought my breakfast at 8:09am, at 8:23am I’m getting out of my car to see what’s taking so long. Just as I’m getting out a lady is running to give me my order. Waiting 14 minutes for fast food breakfast is unacceptable! Never again will I go there!
