Bought breakfast here last week and the steak bagel my wife got was burnt. The hash browns were cold and it took five minutes to get it.

Went through the drive-thru. To order my son a strawberry shake, on our way home from the hospital having strep throat, I thought ice cream , or a shake would be good,when we attempted to order a shake you could hear a female in the background as soon as I went to order screaming NO…. NO….. Then the employee that was actually taking our order politely apologized then I asked for a regular ice cream and we got the same response NO…. No . I think it was horrible and completely unprofessional for someone to be screaming in the background. I left a very bad taste in my mouth they should be ashamed of themselves but I guess that’s why they work at McDonald’s.

They serve there customers mold there fry hopper is coverd in mold in they act like it’s OK they told me it don’t matter the frys are not effective because of the gresse it still get in your food though so Tom the Manger and owner up there told me it’s OK because I called in up there after I found mold in my food in he said no the gresse burns it off it’s impossible well not if I got photo proof of the fry hopper in also found it in my food called the health department don’t know if anything will get done the store acts like its OK it’s not a problem

My son loves McDonald’s heck who am I kidding I still like McDonald’s happy meals! I know I’m not alone in this hence the adult happy meals they need to get better toys for sure. Heck they could come up with things like the naughty/nice happy meals and I got more ideas where that came from!

We got there 30 minutes before closing and were greeted by the most unfriendly employee who wanted nothing to do with us. They delivered very well on speedy accurate and tasty food but utterly failed on the customer service front.

ordered #2 carmel macchiato. had to pay 50cents for the cool whip. then look at that cool whip I paid for. I would suggest you drive to Bad Axe Mc Donald. they dont charge you and some time the cool whip is coming through the cap.

What can I say it’s a fast food restaurant that normally gets your order wrong or you get double dipped fries which aren’t good last time I went there I went for breakfast got a steak egg and cheese bagel they gave me a sausage egg and cheese bagel but the prices aren’t horrible but like I said it’s still a fast food restaurant
