i was literally jus there asked for the arch burger with 6 pieces of bacon an a triple cheeseburger along with other stuff an paid for it. it didn’t come with the 6 pieces of bacon an my triple cheeseburger was a mcdouble. what a waste of money.

Pulled up to drive thru and ordered 2 value meals. Nothing special. Was told to move up as they didn’t have the quarter pounder with cheese ready yet. So we moved up with the other 3 or so vehicles that were waiting. 30 minutes later, employee says we are still waiting on the Mc Crispy it’ll be 6 more minutes or we can substitute for something else. We substituted and finally got our food. At least the fries we fresh. Remember when fast food was fast??

Used my code for a free drink. Immediately told me total and to pull forward. Had to ask to order more that a free drink. She sounded annoyed. Ordered more food and paid. She then half flings half drops my money into my hand and onto the ground. Pull forward to be told to pull forward and wait. 10 min goes by before I get some kid telling me they cant make my drink. Then another few minutes for the burger and fry. Then a few more minutes for the drink and then a few more minutes for the second free drink which I had to change. Long wait. Bad service. They had to come to my truck 4 times for my $9 order. Their slogan there is we are so sorry, we apologize. You’ll hear it 15 times for 10 bucks.

Has to be the worst McDonald’s in michigan. Their slogan here is ” we are so sorry, apolgies”. Bad attitudes, horrible service. First window is for paying and second window is for being told to go park in the lot while we take 20 minutes to bring your order out in 3 trips forgetting fries, sauces and drink just to have to get out of my car and go inside anyways. Wrong food. Missing items. Cold. Long wait. Never going here again. Must be the randoms from the freeway keeping this place afloat.

They were getting pretty bad at messing up your order but, the last few times I’ve went thru the drive thru they have been spot on, no forgotten items.
I only left 3 stars because I feel it’s a work in progress, employees are a lot more pleasant now, before they acted as if they hated the world. Just wish they would make actual burgers instead of that frozen fake meat.

I will never walk into McDonalds again. I’m so sick of the ordering kiosk. Most times they make you use the stupid thing, until there’s a line, and then they wait on the people that just arrived, and they get there food long before the people at the kiosk. At this location, I tried just waiting for a cashier, but they just wouldn’t help us. Then lunch costs $50. I could get better food and better service at a restaurant, with similar prices.
