Some of the most consistenly slow service I have ever had. Evening hours are awful and I can always count on 10 minutes or more per visit, no matter how little or how simple an order. Definitely takes the ‘Fast’ out of fast food. The food is mostly fine- again fast food and all. But goodness dont come here if you are in a pinch.

I understand it’s FAST FOOD…it’s not going to be fantastic!!!! And l understand at times they will be short handed..but honestly how hard is it to place an order…waited 7 mins and NO ONE came on..how can anyone make any type of money/profits when your customers drive off and go to another franchise??? I go here to grab a pop and there’s time l have to wait cuz they get the order wrong…HOW…it’s just a pop…!!!!

PSA! After hours door dashers are asked to leave their cars and the drive through line to wait for an associate to confirm the order between the double doors of the building. This is dangerous for dashers as this location is in flint and I waited at least 5-10 minutes per order. So you lose money too!
It’s ridiculous to be treated as a second class citizen for doing your job. I was lied to on my second order( after calling the store) saying they were waiting for fries. I had seen the sealed bag on the counter!
Those who order door dashers from this location. Please know we as dashers are doing our best. This store deviates from every other Mc Donald’s in the area. The other stores keep you in your car and hand it to you in the drive through line after confirming your order.

I’ve worked in 44 different states. And this is the worst McDonald’s ever. I got a double fish filet, sandwich. large fry, and a Dr. Pepper 25 minutes had passed before I even got the order. Then I go back to get my daughter some breakfast. Another 25 minutes for a big breakfast with hot cakes. Oh, and they forgot to give me the hot cakes.

We waited 25+ minutes in the extended wait line. For a Big Mac meal, a quarter pounder meal, and a happy meal. I then went in and waited 10 more minutes before anyone even spoke to me. The Food was hot, but service horrible. They weren’t even busy when I pulled in.

Ruined my lunch … I thought I would have a little fun and order the Grinch Happy meal for adults. I ordered chicken nuggets with two sauces, the fries and a diet Coke. Grab the box through drive-thru..go back to work, open it up and there’s no sauce and the fries are cold and limp. What am I supposed to eat? This crap? … nobody at work has any barbecue sauce in the refrigerator, so I have to eat chicky nuggies with no sauce. So I called them and now I have to leave work earlier to stop in and talk to the manager and get a refund. But I’m not returning to socks. I’m keeping those.

The large frozen coke from McDonald’s in Swartz Creek was filled far more. I wonder how they manage to do it.

asked for no mayo on sandwich, got mayo
frozen coke fill line was really low compared to the picture on their menu; when I inquired, the worker said they could not fill it more because due to the carbonation it might overflow…really?! How has 7-11 gotten by all these years? Also, isn’t that the point of the dome shaped lid? finally, Isn’t McDonald’s supposed to be the best training organization in the world? So, they could not manage to make the frozen cokes look like the picture displayed prominently on their drive-thru menu? Finally, how about changing the printer paper and or ink. You can barely tell from the receipt that I ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise. Maybe this is what the guy making the sandwich had to use and and he could not see that I asked for no mayonnaise. I didn’t have time to haggle with them over these things today. Maybe someone will read this and make the next person’s service better.

Ive been sitting at the speaker long enough to start this review…
Only once another car pulls up will they notice and will proceed to take the other cars order before mine. I thought one of the speakers were broken but no doesnt mayter whatside, they simply ignore drive thru till they have more than one order.
It only gets better when you pull up to pay and several employees are huddled around the managers office laughing and having a blast. Sitting, eating and paying no mind to the singular employee working.

Bristol Road!! After taking a 3rd bite of my burger I pulled out a long piece of black hair. I called to inform the manager she told me “I don’t know how that would be possible the cook is blonde and someone else was bald headed” she then tells me the general manager will be up there at 11p to come back up there. The supervisor lied about her name and about general manager being there. I went back there at 11p and the manager laughed in my face and said they didn’t have a worker by the name she gave me and I wouldn’t see a general manager at that time. He also proceeded to be careless and stated “what you want me to do about it” also justifying the hair being in my food. I’m sick to my stomach by this and I hope someone has a good talk with all workers and managers. Having hair in your food is never ok. Y’all please check your food if you go here. My hair has braids in it and the ends of my hair is blonde and only the top part is black.
