I stopped coming to this McDonalds (miller and Ballenger rd location) a while ago due to all around poor service and food quality. However, as it was a boys night out (my two sons, one 3 and one 9 and I), with this location having a play place I decided to give it a shot here again. I must say the turn around this place has had is INCREDIBLE! Every, and I mean EVERY team member in here had a great attitude, they were all very attentive, and the food was very fresh and tasted great! Huge shout out to ms Sabrina, the manager on duty, and her staff this evening! Thanks to her and her whole team, we will definitely be coming back here! Ms Sabrina, kudos to you and great job getting a former customer, to be a regular once again!!!! Keep up the great work miller road team!

Hi, I called up there this morning to talk about the food that I have received. I ordered a steak bagel with no food egg and I received it a bacon bagel with no fold egg. I did not get a receipt because the guy in the back ran out of receipt paper at the time I got my order so I called the store to tell them what they had did and talked to one of the managers and she was very rude. Her name is Shelby. She claims to be the general manager of the store. I wanted a refund because I came to work and I’m not off till two. She claimed that she could not give me a Refund. Because it’s not in policy.

The GM has decided they are going to cancel breakfast mobile orders. We got no warning and drove through the snow, I almost his another car sliding on the way up. Just to be told my order was cancelled and the money wont go back to my account for at least another day or more. It I the middle of winter driving takes time. This is completely unacceptable if you dont want to keep making breakfast thats on you there is no reason I just had to drive up there to be told Im not getting my food. This is my favorite location but this is a huge problem. There is no reason why an already placed breakfast order should be cancelled 15 minutes before breakfast is over. Then since we dont get the money back right away we couldnt even order different food to have. McDonalds continues to go downhill and I am very unhappy. The manager on duty attempted to nicely explain but the excuse the gym uses is unacceptable.

Out of 3 employees that I spoke to, only one had any manners or customer service attitude. Any time I would say “thank you”, they looked at me like I sprouted a second head. On top of that, they got my order wrong! They shorted me 2 large fries. One of the worst McDonald’s, would not recommend.

Stopped on my way to work, ordered a large fry and a coffee. There was a line, ok, no problem 18 minutes later make it to the window, they hand me my fries and tells me there’s a wait for the coffee! How hard would it have been to put the coffee on while I was waiting? Long story short, no coffee cold fries and a waste of 20 minutes! I won’t be back!

MANAGER SHELBY COX is the sole reason why i will never be coming back to this mcdonald’s. i have never been treated so poorly by someone and to call themselves a manager is outrageous. i feel bad for her team whom is beneath her. this place would be so much better if she was gone.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This is just disrespectful!!!!!! Only 1% of cheese made it on my sandwich, 44% on the side of the box, and who knows where the other 55% is! What’s corporate number??

Happy kids, happy mom. Was able to come in, sit at a table in the play place, order from the app and put my table # in. Within 5 minutes during lunch hour, our food was delivered to the table. The app offers lots of discounts of special offers. Staff was friendly, constantly coming in to clean. Been here twice and haven’t been disappointed l. So many naysayers out there crying over .19 up charge or whatever… this isn’t the workers fault. I love that there’s a place where kids can be kids and have a special lunch every once in a while
