The last time I came here, the guy that was helping me was super helpful. I wish I had gotten his name or remembered more details about him. He was a Black guy and I can’t remember if he had long hair or not.
Today when I went in a little before 5pm, a customer was telling the staff that they’d forgotten something in his order. I placed my order in the kiosk and a receipt didn’t print out. I got my food, and asked the lady at the register if I could have a receipt. She said that if you pay at the kiosk with a card, you don’t get one. I asked her if it was possible to print one from the register computer. I didn’t know if they were part of the same system and if that was an option. Another lady with reddish hair came along and told me that I wouldn’t be able to get a receipt, which I would have accepted, but her attitude was very weird for the situation. And she said something like, “What do you need a receipt for? To try to get some free fries?” I hope I heard her wrong and she was just offering me a free fry lol. But her tone of voice makes me think I probably heard her right. The food was good though like it usually is

Waited over 15 minutes for curbside pick up. Went in at about 10 minutes to just see how my orders coming along. Lady at the front responded, “ We short staffed.” Then proceeded to walk away with as little urgency as possible. Mind you, while taking someone’s order who was in line in front of me had her phone on. Once the food did come out of course it came out wrong. Fiancé ordered a plain burger and it was indeed not plain.

Employees need better work ethic, food takes 20+ mins to prepare and they don’t communicate with drive thru customers what’s going on or whether or not that they’ll be right with them in a moment at the speaker.

They closed the inside early so I was forced to use the already overloaded drive thru to pick up a DoorDash order. One of the girls took it upon herself to come out and start yelling at me for “blocking traffic” when I had nowhere to go to get out of the way because they were already wrapped all the way around the building. Vanilla shakes are the main thing I like to order but the machine seems to be in cleaning mode or down as they will say, the food is good and seems fresh but something needs to be done with the shake machine company it shouldn’t be so difficult to clean it and take so long considering how fast McDonald’s is known for making everything else, 7 out of 10 times I don’t end up getting a shake which is a big letdown for me personally I’d rather have a shake and or breakfast than anything else

McDonald’s is having a buy one get one for a dollar sale but when I went there, I didn’t get the sale. I spent over $10 on my order and they basically gypped me on giving me a deal. I bought one burger and didn’t get anything else for a dollar
I don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s because they basically screw you. They want your money. They’re greedy stingy people they want your money and they don’t care if they order is this and you don’t get that so if you go in there and you buy a burger and they’re offering buy one get one for a dollar but you don’t get that free burger for a dollar you’re basically spending on four burgers $15 but you’re not getting the sale.

Every time I go there, they put eggs and cheese on my wife’s biscuit, which is supposed to be just sausage and egg a number 4. With no cheese and she takes it out on me every morning please stop this!
