I’ve gotten burnt mcmuffins twice now. and my iced coffee cups had a crack in the bottom of each, which leaked all over my car. Disappointing food.

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and is where I stop to take home lunch. Today I stopped to get lunch for my break later at work but I should have kept driving. I ordered a couple of sandwiches special order with extra sauce but I wasn’t intending on getting my hand full of mayonnaise when reaching in the bag. Two of my sandwiches were made the same and equally sloppy to the point they looked sloppy. I’m not asking for my food to be replaced but Rather do it right the first time. Seems some of the staff needs to be retrained. The last time they made my food lacking ingredients. It’s very frustrated and I’m paying for the service.

Not the greatest score. Never put a review on really anyone. Your the number 2 fast food place in our town. I’ve been there 5 times 4 of the times they didn’t have what we ordered. Frozen coke machine down or recycling. Service so so. If your going to charge bigger prices better up your game. Good quality and service. Your no longer the cheaper solution.

Absolute disappointment of an owner yelling at these employees for taking care of one of their own who’s had a seizure. The workers are wonderful and I completely understand why they were doing what they did. This woman should not be overseeing anyone and saying God and the community/people come before business.

I’m convinced they don’t even try. Way over priced, and can’t ever make the food the right way. Something is always forgotten, left off, or made entirely wrong. This is one of the only places in town to grab something quick to eat, and pricing is becoming ridiculous on top of the fact that it’s never right. As much as it costs, I’d at least appreciate it being RIGHT

Whats the point of offering mobile ordering if you still have to constantly move an park while five cars after you get their orders at the window? Now to the fun part.. fries are always cold and half empty. So you order a large and will get enough for a small. We ordered spicy mccrispys with extra sauce. What we got was barely a dot of sauce and no pickles?? This isnt the first time. They tend to do the complete opposite of what you ask. Do they not have menu guides up to educate the staff on what goes on the menu items?? The staff is never friendly and its very clear that they hate their jobs. They hate mobile orders since they love telling you its gonna be awhile even when no one else is in line and you still wait 10 plus minutes.

My fiancé and I went there after work for dinner and we both got quarter pounders, mine wasn’t done enough to the point where it was cold in spots and was pink. The guy at the window even had us pull up to wait for our food. The manager who always just seems thrilled to be there (insert sarcasm here) gave us our food with no smile or anything like that. I will not be back.

I do not normally go to this location but was coming home that way, do I went through the drive through for dinner to take home. While the workers were not rude, nor were they very friendly. I was not told thank you or to have a good evening. When I got home and opened my bags, the food looked terrible. My McChicken was opened and it was so flat that there was hardly any meat in it. The filet o fish had mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce.

Stopped to get food to have them screw up my order not once but twice, then yes I was irritated bc 2 times really. They refused to make my food and gave me my money back…. Manager was rude inside to my boyfriend and then I called and she hung up on me many times….great way to keep customers. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE.
