This McDonalds absolutely NAILED IT yesterday! I brought myself, my mom and three crazy boys ages 8/10/10 who had very complicated orders. Melissa was so patient and amazing with each and every one of us and made sure everything was exactly how it should be. I had expected a bit of a wait since every order had something added or deleted and I know how frustrating that may be, but we all felt so welcomed and it wasn’t a bother to them at all! And Ashley and Melissa brought our food out, FAST. And it was piping hot and fresh. 10/10 experience. These employees work so hard back there and it was nice to not feel like a bother to a chain in this industry with indecisive young kids! Thank you guys❤️

Just left this nice, clean stop through on the way home from Up North! Very clean, updated, new bathroom. The McDonald’s manager went out of his way to help us with our order! He was super friendly, kind, and fast! We really appreciated his help and service! Will stop again!

They screw my order up every time at this location. I ordeed 2 sausage Mcmuffins with egg, I received 2 sausage Mcmuffins with no egg. They also didn’t give me my large drink cup. This was a great McDonald’s 6 months ago. Now they’re terrible!

I eat McDonald’s way too much for my own good, this one is the absolute worst in the tri county area. Horrible prices. Availability on items subpar. The young workers never get anything right. Charge 25c for a small water. When I’m already paying 10 dollars to give myself a stomach ulcer I should be able to wash it down for free

For the love of God please quit making people pull forward regardless of what they are ordering, from a coffee or meals enough for 8 people!! Giving them half the order then “will you pull up” really? Like thanks for half the cold food!

If I could give zero stars, I would. From a customer’s point of view, the manager, Melissa, is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. At the counter and the drive-thru window, she snaps at customers, talks down to people, and seems irritated by even the simplest requests. What’s especially uncomfortable is how she appears to treat her employees while I obviously don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, from what’s visible up front she frequently talks to them in a condescending way, corrects them harshly, and makes them look embarrassed and defeated. The staff often look miserable, stressed, and afraid to speak, which strongly suggests she’s a terrible person to work for. On more than one visit, she also appeared disheveled and smelled strongly of alcohol, which is shocking for someone managing a restaurant. Orders are often wrong or delayed, and instead of trying to fix things, she brushes people off or shifts blame. Overall, her attitude creates an unpleasant experience and is more than enough reason to never come back. ZERO STARS

I was standing at the front counter waiting to pay and 3 separate times I heard someone tell someone to help front counter. Finally the lady bagging the food came to help, well that lady helped me every other worker was suddenly there and doing their job.

Shake machine is usually always down. If you order fresh fries they usually double dip them in the grease it tastes like sometimes even triple dip if that’s even possible LOL just nasty. I guess it all depends on the workers and who’s working. How they make their food.

I will admit, we have a strange order and one time i did mobile order and got the incorrect thing bc of our mistake. We did tell them before it was made but they still made it with meat. We order cheeseburgers without meat. The issue is, they never, never give us the cheese which we know is an up charge and the do not put the onions on it either. Today was literally a bun, pickles (didn’t even look like McDonald’s pickles??) and ketchup. Like I understand it’s odd to not get the meat but why leave off everything else? If I ordered no pickles you’d still give me the rest of the sandwich. I’m quite sick of it.
