Honestly how hard is this job. I say this as someone who has worked in fast food service for ten years. I spend 50$ worth of breakfast for a group and can’t even get syrup silverware or straws? This place really needs to step up they are constantly messing things up and it’s such an inconvenience for the amount of money they make now you’d think they’d have higher standards. Do better.

I was in tonight at 8:35 ordered a big Mac meal and a 4 piece chicken tenders. Ordered the big Mac with no pickles and onions. Got it home and found there were no pickles and onions alright. There were NO PATTIES either! This is getting ridiculous. Orders are frequently wrong and it’s always a long wait for food. Which I don’t mind the wait if my order is correct.

Came in and used the kiosk but couldn’t pay at the kiosk cause I guess it is broken so had to pay at the register . Kinda defeats the purpose. Then I was getting ketchup and the dispensers are both empty so I go to the register again and ask for ketchup and tell them that the dispensers are not working and the lady helping goes yeah I think they haven’t been working for awhile. There is no out of order sign on them or on the kiosk. And the lady which I think was the manager on duty didn’t really seem to care.

My wife and I order the same thing almost every time and almost never get it correct. 5 dollar meal deal no onions on the burger, honey mustard and sweet and sour for nugs with mayonnaise packets for the wife. Every single time at least one sauce is wrong or missing, and burger is either covered with onions or they are visibly present with next to no pickles ketchup or mustard. People are nice but the good customer service isn’t making my orders correct. And they want to raise minimum wage to 15+ for people that can’t do a simple order? Not trying to be rude but the same order for years can’t be made correct on a regular basis. And now to top it, my remake order to replace last night’s order witch was almost dirt dry with 2 of the smallest pickles ever, tonight was basically the same thing.

Food was very dry. Customer service encounter consisted of them yelling a number out. I tried explaining i was unsure if the order was mine since no paper came out of the kiosk. The older lady stared at me and dropped the bag on the counter as she walked off.

I would leave a negative star if I could! I have never been treated with such disrespect at a fast food place and I grew up in Flint! Took forever when I was told to pull forward and wait for fresh food. Which is fine if I didn’t wait for 30 minutes as people pull out one after another before my food is ever made! When I went in to find out the manager insisted on being rude and argumentative! told me to never come back!

If you are going to be going through the drive through, be prepared to wait 10-15+ minutes for your food (even small orders.). I don’t think I’ve ever been to this McDonald’s and not been told to pull ahead and wait, even on not busy days. I ordered a burger and a fry, to no surprise when they delivered it to my parked car, the food was of course cold, “fresh” out of the bag. Of course this wouldn’t be an issue if it was maybe a one time thing over a span of time, but this is a repeated issue, for YEARS! Save your money and eat somewhere else. This location is a joke and does not value your time or money!!!!!
