Friendly drive thru worker. The line moved fast. The workers were efficient. I got a quarter pounder combo and 20 chicken nuggets. It’s was all there and made correctly. They put three sweet and sour sauces. I would think I was supposed to get four but oh well. Over all it was a good experience.

This McDonald’s has really impressed me lately—it’s probably the best location I’ve visited. The food is consistently well-prepared, fresh, and served neatly every time. It’s clear the team has stepped up their game recently, and they haven’t missed a beat. Orders come out quickly, the staff is efficient, and the overall experience feels smooth and reliable. It’s rare to find a fast-food spot where everything just works so well, from the kitchen to the counter. Definitely a McDonald’s I’d happily return to again and again.

I am writing this review at 2:46 AM. I had ordered food from door dash at 12:00 AM, and am still waiting on the food. My dasher has made it a mere few spots in line, and has been waiting in the drive-through for over an hour and a half. Without a doubt my worst experience with fast food.

Just went here today with my grandkids. Ordered on my phone at 12:48 and my wife ordered on her phone at 12:44. Showed up at 1:00 expecting the food to be ready but no way. No one at the counter but 2 other customers waiting for their food who ordered before me, and a guy waiting for a soda refill.
Waited a couple minutes and I yelled into the back room if there was anyone working the counter. Everyone in the back I could see, 3 people, looked at me but no one came. A couple minutes later a woman came out and I gave her my name for the mobile order and also told her about the gentleman waiting for his soda refill. She said she would check. A couple minutes later she brought out an order for one of the other waiting customers, and a couple minutes later brought out the order for the other waiting customers. Not my orders and no refill the the other guy.
Couple minutes later, it is now 1:20, she brings out ONE of my orders and I ask about the other and I remind her of the other order I’m still waiting for, and remind her about the guy waiting for a refill, which she goes and refills. Soon after she tell me she has no record of the other order so I show it to her on my phone, granted it was a free 6 piece nuggets meal paid with app points, but still an order.
I waited maybe 10 minutes and she never came back and I finally just gave up and left without the other order. On the order I did receive they didn’t include any of the sauces requested!
WORST McDonalds SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 73 YEARS. IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER MCDONALDS BECAUSE OF IT.

Tino was absolutely amazing. I have never had such good service while sitting inside of a McDonald’s. If it were up to me, he would be an operations manager for the place. I am astonished by the kindness and respect I received from tino.

I have NEVER had such undercooked fries from McDonalds, in my life. I hit the drive thru for something quick before I got to my destination. Ordered my food and it was already waiting for me at the second window. Great! I got to where I was going, 5 minutes from this location. I parked, opened my bag, pulled the fries out and they were just white. No color on them, not even the slightest crunch. Just limp, super oily, not cooked fries. I was so irritated and couldn’t believe they were serving fries that looked like this. The fries were so oily that I could bend them in half and it didn’t break, it just bent and you could see all of the oil glistening off of it. Never again ….

It seems odd giving max stars for fast food. But it consistent McDonald’s and always good. My daughter loves coming here because the staff goes above and beyond. Super, nice and friendly. Always so helpful

2 fries and an apple pie took over 25 minutes. We ordered a to go order, and it took over 25 minutes. They were not busy! I went over at the 20-minute mark. My bag of food had been sitting there for over 10 minutes(my daughter checked on the order after 12 minutes of waiting) …… if I didn’t ask for it, I would never have received it. The employee was rude and threw my bag on the counter. ***2 different door dashers left they waited so long for their orders. This is ridiculous and unnecessary.

One of the slowest mcdonalds ive ever been to, consistently. Gonna start going to the Hall Rd one even if its further away. 20+ mins wait, and mind you I ordered via mobile 10 mins before arriving. Insane
