Could not get Service, Went inside because drive through had so many cars. A manager was walking away from register when I went in. So I waited , another manager was serving one customer in dining area. Who had been waiting a couple of minutes. This manager seen me standing there 3 different times, never offering to take my order. Never acknowledged me or spoke to me , saying Hi or it will be a few min. Both managers was working drive through. No one was taking my order. I asked twice with no response if someone was working front. No answer no acknowledgement. Finally I got louder, I had waited on someone almost 7 min. . And this time manager said she will be with you in a min. ( this manger had not one time even looked at me or out front), I know because I watched them both working drive through . After that I waited one more min. And walked out. Too damn busy making sure drive through times look good! Totally ignoring customers inside of dining room. This was at 1:30 today.

The last 3 times I have been in the last couple of weeks my order has been completely wrong or items have been missing. The first time I ordered a Sausage McGriddle only to get all the way to work and find out it was a sausage, egg and cheese muffin. The 2nd time I got a filet o fish when I ordered a 10 piece McNugget. This morning I ordered a gravy biscuit with a hashbrown and my hashbrown was missing. Then I found a long black hair (pictured below) in my food.

Always an awful experience at this location. I waited an eternity this morning for a simple order. Meanwhile there are 6-7 people who had been there longer than I had waiting in line who had not even ordered. They were just consistently being ignored by the staff. And there is a short dark haired manager there who is absolutely awful to deal with. Thankfully I didn’t have to speak to her today, but she makes the whole franchise look awful with her attitude and the way I’ve seen her treat customers in the past and myself included. I used the kiosk today, and I waited forever but still somehow received my food before the multiple people who were there before I was even got to order. McDonald’s, or whoever owns this location, I hope you see this. This establishment needs some serious work. The food was okay, but the experience is consistently one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with “fast” food.

Consistently long wait times, waited 15 minutes after I checked in for a mobile order today. Cold food. You best believe they pulled me to reserved so they could keep their drive thru times down though. Awful service. I truly don’t know why I keep giving them chances.

Went here a day the first window the girl was mumbling and taking an order so I gave them my card. Got to second window and found out I was charged for the wrong order. I re-paid at the second window for my correct order. Asked if I always refunded for the first charge and they said no do you want the food also (no I wanted a refund or at least a substitute of something that would be eaten). Got home and they messed my order up completely. Very incompetent and no customer service skills.

I ordered late around 9:30pm & I’m not happy about the not so fast, drive-thru. We waited at the intercom far too long while the 1st lane moved consistently. I almost left my place just to drive around the building and get in the first lane, but finally a female voice hopped on that was very snippy. Matter fact didn’t have something we wanted and acted like it was an annoyance that we weren’t happy with it, but had been waiting over 30 minutes for food, but watching others bypass us ordering and getting theirs. Other than the initial ordering food, everything seemed legit. Every drink had straws we had our napkins more importantly they weren’t out of ice cream and they added barbecue sauce for the nuggets. Can’t complain a lot.

I’ve frequented this McDonald’s pretty regularly for a month or two biggest complaints would be, drive through taker does not seem to care about flipping what speaker they’re on they’ll take orders from line 2 go silent for 10 minutes then take another order for line 2 and will continue to ignore line one as it backs up. Don’t think it’s very hard to tap a screen and switch which line you’re taking an order from. Pretty rude and ridiculous practice. Second complaint they tend to forget items just in general have missed a total of 3-4 items from this place in my last 3 orders. Lastly more of just a McDonald’s complaint, in order to get your money back for missing items you have to go back to the restaurant to get your items or a refund. I live 30 minutes away from this McDonald’s and I have lost money multiple times because I’m not driving a total hour trip to get a hash brown or whatever THEY forgot to get a refund or the item waste more in gas. Of course there’s no option to get a refund for the item on the app (I use the app every time just easier for myself) it’s just frustrating. And we all know McDonald’s don’t much care about people’s complaints so it’ll go unheard just more of a warning to anyone that comes to this McDonald’s check your items before you leave, and in general just avoid this McDonald’s if you can.

They usually do pretty good for breakfast, but if you go for lunch prepare to wait for your food if you dining in.. They will sling food out the drive thru while you wait for food if your eating in.
