This has to be one of the WORST locations I have ever had the displeasure of ordering at. Today was not the first, second, third or even fourth time that I’ve had problems with this specific location. Nine times out of 10 my order is wrong and I have to return to the restaurant to have the issue resolved.
When customer specifies not to include items on a sandwich it isn’t because they feel like it. A majority of the time they don’t like the item or, in my case, they are allergic to that ingredient.
Today was the last straw after giving them many attempts to get an order correct and being extremely patient and understanding that mistakes happen.
When I contacted them today and asked to speak to a manager about the inaccuracy of my order frankly, she could have cared less. She in turn made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by calling. She responded that she would talk to “them,” then questioned if it was her location and hung up. Absolutely rude when I was being nothing less than kind.
I’m just questioning, should fast food chains get away with less than adequate service because they are not a four-star establishment? Is that acceptable in today’s society especially with the astronomical price increase of food these days? I would say no! After all, how hard is it to serve food warm and properly made. Not to mention ruin properly packaged.
Just take a look for yourself at how my order was packaged. Pathetic!!
I arrive and the GM has no idea who I spoke to and claims she’s been there all night. REFUSED to make more pies and tried selling me pies from the previous day. Then proceeded to cancel my entire order and said she is not going to service me due to my “rudeness this early in the morning” when I asked why couldn’t more pies be made. Walked away and refused to come back and speak to me. I wasn’t rude at all, just didn’t understand why more pies couldn’t be made when this store is 24 hours! The young man in the cash out window refused as well to not take my order due to her direct orders to him to not take it.
The GM is tall, mid weight, and African American. She wouldn’t tell me her name nor did she have on a name tag.
She was rude, unaccommodating, unprofessional, and immature. The behavior of her as a GM was unacceptable and childish. Also, this is a fast-food franchise, the job description is literally to make and serve food. I don’t see what the issue was about dropping more pies other than not wanting to perform the duty. Mind you, I had about a $30 order!
Never had an issue with this location until today and will not be back due to the GM. That is not how you treat a human nor a PAYING guest/customer.
I waited in the drive-thru from 8:23–8:35 just for my order to be taken. After that, it took forever to even move forward. When I pulled up to the payment window, no one was there, so I proceeded to the next window where I was immediately told to “move up, we’re waiting on your order.” I explained that I hadn’t even paid yet and asked how long the wait would be. I was told “not long.”
My total was around $30, and I used the app for discounts. After pulling forward, I waited another 30 minutes before someone finally came out to hand me my food.
When I checked the bag, I was missing a Big Mac. By then the line was long, so I had to loop back around to the front just to get the sandwich. Once I finally got home and started unpacking the food for my family, I discovered the 4-piece nuggets were covered in Big Mac sauce inside the box.
Between the extreme wait time, poor communication, missing items, and messy food, this was an absolutely terrible experience. Never again.
On top of that, there is a lady who works there that is consistently rude and unprofessional. Her attitude makes the whole experience even worse. Good customer service should be a priority, but she makes guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I hope management takes these issues seriously, because the restaurant could be much better if they fixed the quality of the food and addressed the unprofessional behavior.
And once again, November 29th I thought I would give the place another shot because it’s close to home me. And my employer ordered 2 double quarter pounders, with cheese, one of the double quarter pounders was red in the middle. It was disgusting and the other one was done. I don’t see how that can happen or be possible. And I’ve always loved their fries. This time the fries were kind of chewy. I’m really disappointed in this place. I believe you need to hire some people that have a family to feed and need a job. You keep hiring these young kids that don’t want to do nothing but sit around on their damn phones in there. It’s kind of sad because now I will go the extra mile to telegraph away from my house before I go there again.
