Was here today around 3 30 am just want you to know your staff is telling everybody DoorDash only so if you wondering why you ain’t got no sales. Mind you this the 3 time this happened at this location. At this point your staff have waisted enough of my time. The girl that helped me was amazing. But the food was another story . Took a bite of my cheese burger and bun was like a rock on the bottom. The other cheeseburger had what looked like to be mold on it. But again service was great.

I go there in the morning for hash brown, and Carmel frappe, I love them and this location I would eat in, the other one I used to go to on Mcnichols and Greenfield bad service one morning I pulled up and they have the two lines while everyone got served in the other line, I was there B4 anyone else but they left me there, I went around again. I came here to get some food today and walked into complete madness. Workers everywhere people waiting for their food staff not helping anyone. I waited for almost 30 minutes on my food and after getting my food I still had to wait because I was not given the correct items after waiting for another 10 min I left without getting my things fixed. I come home to eat and find a piece of hair in my food! My appetite has been ruined I do not recommend any ever coming to this location.

This McDonald’s is okay. There is usually a sort of long wait for your order here. Most of the time it’s an alright place to stop for a quick bite to eat, but it’s not unusual to see some wild things happening at this location. ♂️

Karen (not surprisingly) was extremely rude. I called and spoke to the owner and he said that they do not offer any vouchers or food for complaints. I could very well pay for my food but this was absurd as Karen asked me to move my car which I did (without incident as I realized I did park in a pick up spot) but as me and my fiancé went in she basically slammed the door in our faces then when I mentioned it she said “I don’t have enough bodies in here to hold the door for customers” which in itself sounded ridiculous. Hopefully she can get her attitude together as I been coming here for 20 years and this is the first time I’ve dealt with a terrible experience here.

Workers are very rude and always have an attitude because people are picking up their food. They get mad and very disrespectful when their short staff like that’s the customer problem. There need to be some type of new management and workers at this place. Corporate will be contacted.

I’ve never been served nuggets so hard in my life. I really hope they didn’t serve these to anyone else. I tried peeling the skin but even the meat was dried out.
It’s shame that during the afterwork rush they wouldn’t think to make fresh food and not serve food that was cooked maybe 6 hours ago.
I wish I had time to return them but I tried to get a quick bite on the way to an appointment. I tried calling the store but the line is busy. Very disappointing.

Staff window great. Lady that brung out food. Gave me the wrong food. I caught her before she gave me food to another car. Luckily the other did not get a chance to touch our food
