I don’t usually leave reviews on places, but we went through this location about half an hour ago and it was the worst. The customer service is honestly terrible. Not only was the woman on the speaker confusing and short , but when we pulled up to the window to pay and get food, but the man who was in the window said not one word the whole time even after we said “hi how are you?” we were just ignored completely and when we told him to have a great night after we got everything and were leaving he gave us the most attitude filled “yeah” ever. Going to avoid this location from now on

They would rather argue with you in the drive through about your order telling you the price will be the same. Rather than taking my order as I state it. Then when I come inside to take my order myself they were in there gossiping like high schoolers . Great manger skills Tyler

The food actually tastes pretty good for a McDonald’s it’s hot and most of the time isn’t sloppy made at all which is great considering how bad my areas are however one thing stands out.. why is this place so hot in the summer? Like it was actually hotter inside here than it was outside I have never once has this happen at any other restaurant or fast food place I’ve ate in, granted I don’t go inside much anymore to any fast food place but genuinely it is so damn hot in here that you’re better off going through the drive through cause it’s not really a place to bring your friends unless you plan on eating outside.

Yuck! My chicken sandwich tasted like the oil was 6 months old, the chicken was re-fried or over cooked. I paid fir extra lettuce too, what a joke. Couldn’t eat it. In the trash it went. What a waste of $$ 🙁

Well… We decided to check out Opening Night of the new “Experience the future” Mickey Ds!! Well, IF This is the future of McDonald’s, I was not impressed. Let’s start with the fact that for an Opening Night that you advertised in the paper and on the News… You’d think you’d provide more Staff? The new ordering system is awesome! Mostly because you’d think it’d save your order from being messed up. HOWEVER, It does still have to get made. And that, of course, didn’t go well. My son’s Fruit Punch Slush was never made. I had to wait five minutes to get someone’s attention to fix it and even then no apology… While my food was cold when I finally got to eat it. And they forgot all three extra fries for the Kid’s Meals. I think the new inside was absolutely beautiful and the Grand Opening theme was adorable But it definitely wasn’t something, thanks to the old staff, I’d be eager to do again, unfortunately! 🙁

By far one of the best! The employees there are amazing. My son left something very important to him there weeks ago and we thought it was lost for good. He just went back up there and the employees remembered him and returned it. Thank you for taking your time to return it to him.

Tried to use the kiosk it froze and took my coupon tried to talk to manager to fix the issue told she couldnt do anything and that I had to wait at the mcdonalds 15 minutes before I could order I had an appointment at the doctor’s and this is a literal FAST food restaurant next time I need food ill just go to the taco bell directly across the street that just opened.

we ordered breakfast before it was over through a mobile order and it was accepted. once we got there they refused to make us breakfast because they said it was “past time” when we got there 5 mins before it ended. while i know 5 minutes isn’t much time, they accepted the order so they should’ve been preparing the food. they then refused to refund us bc we didn’t have a physical receipt.. so now we have to wait 10 days and hope they refund us through the app. i love mcdonald’s and i can’t say this location is always like this because it usually is good but these people were not kind.
