We were picking up a rental car next door and I decided to bring home a couple of pies for dinner. My debit card decided there may have been fraud after I placed my order. So after getting that sorted out. I again place the order – Rick took note that I was handicapped and said he would have someone bring it out to my car – who does that these days!!!! Pizza was awesome and they had wings for $1.00 per wing — great price. Place was slammed the whole time while waited for my order – HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This had to be the worst experience at Little Caesars I ever had in my life. They couldn’t get their order right I’m waiting in the drive-through like 15 minutes. I had to pull around three times. They gave me a bag. The marinara sauce is leaking all in the bag I will never be back to this place. I would love to talk to somebody who makes decisions around this place.

Yeah so this new guy Trenton G at the register is terrible. He’s incredibly rude – cutting me off during my order aswell as calling another customer an asshole for asking him to be nicer to customer. Then going on about him for the next 5 minutes acting like what he said was outrageous. I’m definitely calling corporate to talk about this. Absolutely ridiculous.

12/26/25 I place a pick up order right after work after working 12 hours 5 pm get to little Caesars at 5:15 the Young gentlemen said my peace I was just coming out I was patiently waiting when I am upstairs, an older man pacing back-and-forth inside the dining area and literally saw him walk to the back stole two pizzas and of course they had to be mine. I was pretty frustrated so one of the workers tells me to park in the front and that they will bring my pizza to me that someone had just stole my pizza. I go to the front waiter about 20 minutes and no one has brought me nothing out so I’ll drive back to the driveway by then it was almost 6 o’clock. I was pretty frustrated and the young kid gave me my two pizzas Service was bad and the weight was horrible…

Placed an online order for drive thru pick up was told would be a minute after 10 minutes Daniel came to the window to see if we had been helped, he explained no one mentioned one of our pizzas but he just personally made it and would be a few mins. The fact he went above and beyond to find us in their busy lot to avoid us going back thru the drive thru speaks volumes for his customer service! Will return in hopes Daniel is still apart of the team, he truly is a great guy with great communication!

Pizza was very burnt around the edges and I’m a fan of that but this was way too burnt and one side of the pizza didn’t have very much cheese …sauce didn’t taste very fresh. I’ve had many of their deep dish pan pizzas and this is probably the worst I’ve ever had!

$20.14 for a hot n ready cheese pizza and a sausage pizza with a 20oz drink. Wish it was still a $5 hot n ready but its still the same reliable, good quality for it being a super fast pizza!

I’ve been eating pizza from Little Caesars since I was a kid, and never have I received pizza as bad as what we did tonight or have I dealt with such a rude employee. I spent $51 on pizza and breadsticks that wasn’t even worth $20. My husband and I just got done shopping and hadn’t figured out what we was having for supper until we was close to Little Caesars, and knew the Pretzel Crust pizzas was back so decided to grab dinner here. We went in knowing that our order wouldn’t be a Hot and Ready order they are known for, and we would have to wait for our food. Well Hunter T. who took our order told us that our order was going to take about 30 minutes, therefore, we should’ve called our order in a head of time. Really!?! For one, we don’t live in town, and another we didn’t know until about a block away that we was going to order our dinner for here. The whole time he was taking our order he wasn’t friendly what so ever, and acted like we was wasting his time, other than the fact him telling us we should’ve called our order in. Like he was the one having to wait for his order to be done, maybe I guess your not allowed to wait in your vehicle for your food to be ready, and everybody should know way ahead of time what your having for dinner. Than after having deal with a rude employee, when we get home about 25 minutes later and go to eat our dinner, and open the boxes to find out we just wasted $50. We could have bought better frozen pizzas than what we received here. One of our pretzel pizzas didn’t have any pretzel salt on it and was glad crust, 3 of 4 pizzas had hardly any toppings on them, especially the one my husband had customized, the Italian Cheese Bread I ordered didn’t have cheese on a couple of the slices, and I ordered a few garlic butters only got 2. I guess 2 GB sounds like more than enough than 3 that I ordered to go with 4 pizzas, 2 ordered of Crazy Bread and an order of cheesy bread. I will not be returning to this location and will be contacting manager. Worst location to go to in the city of Springfield. I will drive way out of my way next time I want Little Caesars.
