The place runs like a typical McDonald’s, but the running joke about the shake machine being broken seems to be true more often than not. That said, the staff here usually gets my orders right, which honestly isn’t always the case at other locations. The food is exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s, nothing surprising but consistently the same.

Always had bad food / service here. it’s been over a year since I was here last, so thought I would give them another chance. Ordered the McDouble meal deal at the drive-thru. The person taking the order was talking so fast I could barely understand him. I did a quick look in the bag and everything seemed ok. Got to my destination and unwrapped the McDouble. Two patties and a bun. No cheese, no ketchup or mustard. No onions or pickles! 1 McNugget was hard and barely warm. The other 3 were not warm. Fries were cold. Only thing good was the Sprite. Won’t make the mistake of going back here again.

The food is is good, people say it’s cigarettes for fries and the burgers made out of nothing. So I guess that’s why it’s not a five star. Because you don’t know what you’re eating when you go here. The service is great. Everyone is jolly you got 60-year-old smokers and pretty girls that have a really deep voice. The atmosphere today only gets a one star since it’s McDonald’s you get the point. If you go to McDonald’s you can have a good day with people or a bad day. If you want to go to McDonald’s you can, but it’s a hit or miss there. Good luck to you if you go.

The wait time was crazy. They cleared my food from the screens before it was even ready. Then the staff is going around yelling table numbers- there’s only so many it’s not hard to remember the order. And they gave us the wrong sauces and messed up on my burger. What the heck.

I don’t know what type of safety issue it is for me to grab my order through drive through on my e-bike but whatever I just won’t order there I’m a grown man not a kid this place has a real problem with trying to implement their polies on the public like we work there and I get it I’m one person but I refuse to treat people with respect that treat me like a child. And put the door dash orders on the shelf not behind the counter for someone to stand there all day! Then you can clearly see the orders at the top and could lie and say your there to get that order so why even put it behind the counter? When the screen at the counter shows their order? Just put it on the shelf! Stop making us wait or walk behind the counter to get someone cause you don’t be at the counter!

We’ve come here a handful of times because it’s the only McD in the area with a play place. Today, at 11:30 they were conducting some sort of “class” in the play place area and had it closed off to children. When I asked they said that the “class” was running until 2pm. This was a day off from school for all children in the area and multiple families were disappointedly being turned away. Closing the play place, during peak lunch hours, on a day off from school shows that the management at this location either does not care, or is unwilling to apply sound logic in certain situations. Very disappointed.

Hey geniuses, next time someone orders a $5+ cheeseburger with no bun, have some common sense to make it slightly appetizing. A little lettuce under the greasy burger goes a long way. Oh and, utensils are quite handy too since you didn’t know that either. See pictures for example. Which would you rather eat?
