Today I placed an online order at 7:22 to get pizza for the kids which was supposed to be ready by 7:42. I was sitting in the parking lot at 7:39 waiting for it to say it was ready. My order was not placed in the pizza portal until 8:03 and it wasn’t even hot when I got it out. This is absolutely ridiculous. Did they box my pizza up and leave it sitting on the counter for 20 minutes while I was sitting outside waiting? This is unacceptable. I could understand if they were busy but they weren’t. When I arrived the entire pizza portal was empty with maybe 2 people inside. I always order my pizza from this store and today is by far the absolute worst experience and service I have gotten from this store. I’ll consider ordering papa John’s or domino’s next time.

Service is terrible. Im guessing it’s the manager (older man) walked away from the counter when I was about to ask him about the portal since I hadn’t received a code. Not sure what his problem is but the younger people I have encountered have always had a more pleasant attitude than him.

I ordered 13 pizzas and 3 crazy breads. Everything was done in a timely manner. The food was great. The biggest thing for me will always be how the staff of the restaurant carries themselves! Wonderful staff! They were packed with folk waiting on pizza. Not once did I see anyone step out of turn. Extremely nice!

People who came in after us and ordered were getting things out the door in roughly 15 minutes with SEVERAL pizzas. Us? 45!!!! We ordered 1 pizza. The crust is gross and that was suppose to be the best part, because it was stuffed with cheese. I will Not return here to this location, despite this is actually my daughter’s favorite pizza.

Pizza was not cooked correctly (dough raw in the center, cheese not browned, not spread to sides like Detroit style as advertised) and pepperoncinis were substituted in place of banana peppers (not the same thing!)
The part of the crust that was cooked enough to eat was tough and flavorless.
This looks and tastes nothing like it should. Terrible.
Update: adjusting from one star to three since management reached out to learn more about the problem and promised to take steps to fix. Seems as though employees are not allowing dough enough time to rise and then overloading the oven which is keeping the dough from cooking properly. No idea why there are pepperoncinis, though. Owner/manager was kind and sent out a gift card for a replacement pizza which was appreciated, since the one I purchased was inedible.

The past 2 times I have ordered online my pizza is nvr ready.. I ordered for a pick up at 7pm got there and said my pretzel pizza would be another 5 min. Then at 7:22 they said it was messed up so they gave me 2 cheese pizza.. not happy at all

I thought I’d grab a pizza on the way home from work tonight. I didn’t feel comfortable at all in this location. The staff were arguing about 30 minute breaks, and in general it seemed to be a rough place. Perhaps it’s a bad side of town.
Pizza was suppose to have extra cheese..they gave me extra pepperoni instead. The pizza wasn’t cut well at all and didn’t have much sauce. I won’t be returning because I felt unsafe and service wasn’t good.
