I honestly don’t understand why this McDonald’s does not have a much higher rating. I just started going here about a month or so ago and I’ve gone four times already and every single time has been superb. I take my daughter here after school sometimes and we have dined in every time. Our food is always brought out on a tray promptly, including condiments like ketchup and salt. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they all seem to take pride in their work, which is not a common occurrence at McDonald’s or any fast food joint for that matter. They’re always kind and serving people with a smile. It’s just unheard of!! We’ve also gone with friends in the drive through and although I wasn’t the one ordering they were very polite and everything was correct with our orders. I live 20 minutes away and would travel to this location for its great service all around. I mean, it’s impressive enough for me to leave this review! This is located in Northville which might have something to do with the great as well as correct service!

This McDonald’s is lovely.. however the Wi-Fi really sucks and is super duper slow..& if you sit inside you can’t get your coffee warmed up or a refill… Plus the ladies bathroom is not well kept.. but I love the decor and atmosphere.. they have really good music playing.

Ordered No pickle, No onion on 2 mcdoubles. SUPER difficult order… Both were littered with onions, and deliberately placed inbetween meat patties, good job staff! Sorry you hate your job so much that you deliberately place 86’d ingredients for fun. I am disgusted with this location. Very, very lucky you didnt get an allergy lawsuit… this time.

Food was what you expect. Just looking for a quick bite. They forgot my fry and the young man working the counter read the ticket prior to handing it to me and knowingly did not give me my fry. They also had an elder lady working in the lobby cleaning and there were two patrons whose first language is not English’s md she avoided helping them while also making dirty faces when she heard them speak.

Well, first I like to say I ordered a large fry 20 piece chicken McNuggets and a large Coke. The fries were cold and they weren’t fresh at all and it didn’t even look like a large fry because the container was halfway filled the chicken McNuggets were cold and the pop taste flat. I will never eat at this McDonald’s again.

I came here asking for 2 large waters to take with me as I go back to work, working outside. I was told I can only have one small cup. I even asked if I were to go through the drive-thru and order a large water with my meal that it would come in the small cup. In my opinion this is a very petty policy. The staff is rude and just ridiculous with little things and they certainly take their time here. Do not recommend.

I dont understand how it’s so hard to look at am order and put the exact items on the order in a bag… I have yet to go to this place and leave with my FULL order… stopped going here for about 6 months and figured it might have gotten better but, NOPE… my wife and kid got their mean but my whole meal was missing from the bag..
UPDATE!: went there again this morning. This time I got a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and I get bacon…. I guess I can’t just look in the bag to see if my food is there. I have to inspect between the buns before leaving also to make sure that my order is right….

It’s McDonald’s so their food is mid. I go here before therapy on Thursdays, and they are really good about getting me food. Great staff and they seem to be on top of everything.
