They don’t mix your shakes or mcflurries. Got the shamrock of each and the green sauce was all over the top not mixed at all. We dined in, they didn’t bring the food or even call our number. Just set it on the counter. Some of our fries were half cooked.

Ordered the #4 Spicy Crispy Chicken meal. D – Style. It was late night and it showed. Fries were tepid almost cold. The chicken sandwich must have been in the warmer for over an hour. It was inedible. No where near crispy. Looked horrible.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for chocolate shakes, but the shakes we received were vanilla, and it seemed like the chocolate had run out. It was disappointing, especially since shakes are what we came for. I would suggest making sure the shake bags are replaced when a flavor runs out so customers receive the flavor they ordered. Hoping this can be improved in the future.

One of the worst locations in the Livonia/Westland/Canton/Plymouth areas. They are usually incredibly slow, the order is often incorrect, and today my breakfast burritos were not much bigger than taquitos, had hardly any filling, & were hard! And I went through the drive through before 9am, so it was definitely still prime breakfast time. I mean, I don’t expect much from McDonalds, but this is pathetic. I only stopped at this location because it was on my way home, but I was yet again reminded why I don’t go here.

I usually have a really good experience here, but Im thinking last night they might have just been short staffed. They first forgot half my order. Then when I asked for a receipt to confirm what should be in my bag, they gave me someone else’s receipt. My daughter said her fries were cold and nuggets tasted old. She was over charged from what the app suggested and no one could print her a copy of her receipt to see what the over charge was for. We normally go inside and its usually better, but this night they closed the lobby early so I figured someone called off/didnt show causing the few issues we ran into. We will still go back to this location though!!

Order the Grinch meal but it came without socks so I called the store, and the manager called me a liar. I asked for another pair of socks, she said no. I asked her to check the boxes to see if they were all missing socks or if it was just mine she refused I then asked for a refund instead and she said no!

Missing half of my order after sitting in the drive through line for 30 minutes! Drinks were wrong, bread was hard like a rock, missing a 10pc McNugget, instead I was given an undercooked 4pc. Got an extra sandwich that I didn’t order?? And the worst part is when I tried calling to get it fixed, no answer. McDonald’s doesn’t even have a way to report this through their mobile app (and if there is it’s not easy to find)
