I spent 20 for two large fries no salt and they had salt after waiting on fries two strawberry pies and a Big Mac they didn’t put the Mac sauce on my burger and two large drinks please do better

This location has gone completely downhill. I get food from them on DoorDash and the drive thru…..but EVERY SINGLE TIME they forget something or mess the order up. Burgers are always covered in onions when I ask for them to be removed, sizes are wrong, or entire items are missing. Sometimes the bags are packed so carelessly. Today my French fries were put in the bags upside down so there was no way of getting them out without dumping them all over the bag. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because everyone makes mistakes but they consistently mess up. The employees just don’t care at all.

So I am reducing my star to one because they responded to me to go the website and all I received was I’m sorry for not meeting your expectations. Not good enough.
Been years since I ordered a QP and it was absolutely the worse. I asked for no onions. They didn’t put it in. However. The bun was cold. Meat slightly warm and cheese not melted. I’m glad I used my 6000 points from the app to pay for it because I would have been even more upset. Service ordering and drive thru person was nice. Fast service.
But still disappointed. I won’t be back to this location because it’s too inconvenient with all the traffic in and out.

I watched an employee come out of the bathroom and go straight back to work without washing his hands. That alone is enough to completely kill any confidence in food safety here.
The only reason this isn’t a total zero is because the lady at the counter was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, basic hygiene should be non-negotiable in a restaurant, and this was unacceptable.
I won’t be returning.

Low front end car drivers BEWARE! I don’t go here to eat. I no longer indulge in any McDonald’s from any location because they’re all so horrible. I was just dropping someone off here and scraped the bottom of my car on their driveway “ramp”. There’s a blended in (pretty much invisible) “devider” there that will cause your car even more damage. I’m just glad I didn’t hit that. I can probably get some touch-up bumper paint for around $10.. but just look at this. Why am I spending money for paint because people can’t even lay concrete right? Smh. Y’all don’t get enough sales to make sure you get top notch work done? Why are your there?!?! If you pull in here off Ford rd. just make sure you take it easy. People spend a lot of money to keep their cars up. I’d hate for anyone to go through that. You don’t have to divide anything it’s wide enough.. and we surely don’t need an unmarked speed bump at your entrance where you’re welcoming people to come in at. Just a word to someone it matters to. If this was a really expensive car you might be looking at paying for these scratches. Get it together please!!!!

I ordered breakfast sandwich in drive thru. I pulled to the window to pay and then I drive down to the next window for my food like the car in front of me. 2 cars behind me pull around me with their food. So while I’m waiting the girl came to my window with an attitude “why did you pull off” I said because the car in front of me got their food from this window. It went off from their it is 6:15 am and here I am cussing out the staff for being disrespectful and rude. It was a verbal battle, I haven’t cussed out something like that in years. I didn’t come to pick up breakfast with an attitude but I left pissed. I will NEVER come to this location if I have to cuss out the staff. If you don’t believe me ask the co-workers and watch the video I’m sure it was recorded. She need to be deciplined immediately. She had red in her hair and ask your staff who she is. While all of the cussing was going on between us both. she wouldn’t give me my food. I had to ask for it many times and she held it back at the window and said grab it like she was teasing me about food I paid for. She finally put the bag in my reach. What kind of customer service is this?

This location has always been a longer wait than any other ive been too. Thought i would give it another chance… sat for 22 minutes for chicken nuggets and a snack wrap for them to hand me cold nuggets. By the time they gave me my food my kids food was cold. And they forgot apples for my kids happy meals. Tried to just get a refund instead however since I ordered through the app they cannot do so… 10/10 do not recommend this location.

Today’s crew was not the greatest. This location is usually spot on however, when you have a manager more concerned about flirting with co-workers rather than providing customer service, causing a long line of waiting customers, no one checking that orders are correct, you’re bound to receive things not quite how you ordered them, and then after all that, you have items missing so you have to go back inside to get those missing items and get things corrected. Should not have taken 25 minutes to pick up a mobile order!

UPDATE: Please don’t ask me why I tried this place again after my last review. I guess there’s always a time when you don’t have a bunch of options. But this time there was a string of HAIR IN THE FOOD. That, my careless, good for nothing fast food workers, is where I draw the line. I’m glad I bit at the angle I did and saw it sticking out from between the patties. I spit out what I bit and threw the rest away. I won’t be visiting your establishment ever again and highly recommend anyone considering doing so to opt for some better choices. 3rd update on this review; all bad. Too much playing and recreation going on when you should be getting people their overly high priced food in at least a somewhat efficient manner and without health hazards. I ordered this on the app, so it was ready pretty fast, but clearly for all the wrong reasons. The drive thru line was around the building like always and their staff can’t handle high volume business. Pics included. Zoom in if you need to. Negative 80 stars!!!!

They can’t ever get anything right. Order a number 7(10pc nugs) and they give you a number 9 (2 cheeseburgers) and of course they unplug the phone when you try and call. Went from the best to the worst mcdonald’s. I cant even get a refund cause the cashier threw my receipt out the window.
