I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this location absolutely warrants one. The Chick-fil-A at 442 Little Road in Arlington has ongoing issues, and after visiting twice, I can confidently say the problem is management, not just a bad day.

On my first drive-thru visit, I asked for my food fresh. That should have been simple. Instead, the fries were not hot, dry, unsalted, and not crispy. The chicken sandwich was only warm, dry, and lacked any crisp or moisture. This was not the Chick-fil-A experience people know and expect.

I gave this store a second chance, which turned out to be a mistake. The fries were fresh this time, but still not properly seasoned, and once again the chicken sandwich was warm, not hot despite being told items are made fresh. If food is requested fresh the first time, it should be done then. That alone would save customers the frustration of having to circle back through the line for corrections.

I spoke with someone who said she was a manager or lead, but she was very young, and the interaction made it clear this store is being run by inexperienced leadership. Honestly, the entire store needs to be re-managed. There needs to be older, seasoned leadership in place people with common sense, courtesy, and an understanding of what “fresh food out the window” actually means.

Fast food does not have to be treated like trash. When workers and leadership treat it like trash, that’s exactly what customers receive. Let’s normalize making fast food better, not just rushing food out the window with no pride or care. When a customer asks for fresh food, just make it fresh don’t create unnecessary problems that could have been avoided the first time.

Because of these issues, I had to turn back around with two bags, request a refund, and waste even more time. I also mentioned that a courtesy gift card or some form of compensation should have been offered. A refund alone doesn’t account for the time wasted, the inconvenience, or the frustration especially when the issue could have been prevented.

At this point, I’d rather make my own Chick-fil-A-style sandwich at home, better quality, better care, and honestly, cheaper and free of frustration.

Management needs to look closely at this location, read the reviews, retrain leadership, and fix what’s clearly broken. Until that happens, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

To wait almost 20 min in line to get food, it’s highly disappointing to receive all these crum fries and they taste like they were cooked 15 min ago or re dipped. The cost of a meal is waaay too high to not get it at its best. If this were my first time trying chick-fil-a I would never go again.

This chick fil a is the slowest one ever. Change your name because you do not live up to the chick fil a standards. Always at least 10 employees working the line, with about 7 more on break and yet your lines are super long. The restaurant is empty inside but your drive thru moves at a terrible speed!

My wife and I had been out all day and were not feeling thrilled about going home to prepare dinner and clean up after. Using the Chick-fil-A app we order for curbside pickup. It took all of 4 minutes for our order to be handed to us at our car. We were home I 5 minutes and enjoyed our chicken tenders and waffle potatoes. We treated ourselves to the awesome chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

Well this is the second occurrence in a 30 day period. I’m not sure what happened to this place. A couple of weeks ago I had the wrong order and it was not hot. I didn’t complain, I just gave it away. Yesterday I ordered and got the wrong size fry, I told the employee and she was a bit rude and said you didn’t pay for it. So I looked at my receipt and they just uopsized the drink. Not my fault but im willing to pay the difference. She said I can refund you on your card and ring it up again. Makes no sense. It’s a company card, id rather just pay the difference. She had an attitude and did not. And then there was something in my drink, the chicken and Mac and cheese was dry. This is the only location that I have experienced an issue with. I always brag on the company, but unfortunately they have prove me wrong twice. And time for I correct order actually.

Like many of the reviews before this one, more than 20 minute wait to get your food. Doesn’t matter if you go during lunch, breakfast or dinner hours. No sense of urgency from employees.

Two orders of fries were tasty, two were barely luke warm/salted. My spicy sandwich was good and my wives regular sandwich was hot and fresh, but both the nuggets the kids got tasted bad.

If there isn’t traffic, visit the location on Sublett and 287 instead as they have never disappointed me!

This experience was terrible. After waiting in the drive through all cars were rerouted to park in pick up lanes and waited 30 minutes. We were asked if we were John, Kate, Allison with no direction. Dry food, uncooked and no sauce for $42 worth of food. Horrible experience.

I really hate that this is the closest CFA to us. It’s been quite disappointing since moving here for the service and food to be so under par. Staff members not acknowledging you when picking up mobile orders with an absolutely dead restaurant. Sitting there for over 10 min before anyone says anything to you. You seem to also have a serial waffle fri filler who only fills contains 2/3rd of the way with the most lackluster waffle fries I have ever had. Never had any issues at any other location in Dallas. Maybe we can receive the expected CFA experience from the new location on Eastchase
