Just got a Big Mac meal. Associates were very nice. Fry’s tasted incredibly old. Not sure how that’s possible since they just started lunch service. Were these fries leftovers from yesterday?

If I could rating a zero I would I spent almost $35 on food today. My son had a big Mac meal and he threw his sandwich away cause when he bit into it, there was something crunchy in it. He got grossed out and threw it away I asked for three large fries which were equivalent to three small ones because the boxes were almost empty. I asked for and paid for two s’mores blizzards, and after them asking me three times what I needed I told them three times I needed my two blizzard s’mores come to find out when I get to the house. I realize that they gave me Oreowhy asked me three times if you’re still gonna give me the wrong thing, my burger was horrible sloppy I couldn’t eat it and the fries were all raw. it’s bad enough that it’s so expensive to go out to eat nowadays that when you do go to order some food it’s basically basically garbage garbage. I don’t know what was wrong with the crew tonight, but I could basically say I gave the restaurant $35 tonight because all of my food went to the trash. I’m so highly disappointed my son says go back and I was like no I’m not going back because they already had a problem because I had $100 bill on the $35 order and when I asked her to change my cheese cheeseburgers to plain, she basically told me no you already ordered it and I already cashed you out there’s no changing I was like wow worst food ever. Thank you McDonald’s for taking my money tonight.and to top it off I didn’t even get a receipt.

The lazy worker told me to let him know how the mc-rib was, went home and took a bite and realized that they sold me a very moldy sandwich. I flipped the mc-rib around, and found mold growing on the backside of it. People talk a lot of shade about this place, but I understand why now, I demand a refund and a kiss on the cheek.

This place sucks, waited 45 minutes for order. Manager said I am by myself it will take a while which was fine until I had to wait that long. No longer fast food or cheap. Local burger spots are faster.

I wanted to order a double cheeseburger and tell me they only had no panties for one cheeseburger not a double can I ask for it to be playing and they told me that they already had onions on it horrible service you know they should be ready for last minute orders even if they’re switching the menus over as far as I remember McDonald’s changes to breakfast at 4:00 a.m. for lately they’re all doing it at 3:00 a.m. and the boards are not updating….. So just a fry and coke it is…….

The store was clean and the staff were very nice and cheerful. The only delay was a very short wait for the Sweet Tea. But it’s a good deal to purchase the “McDouble” and get a second one for only a dollar. They have ample parking and are handicap accessible. I would certainly go there again. Masks are optional at this time.

They messed up my order and I’m not sure if they were having a bad day but they decided to be hateful when I asked for a remake. I can hear staff arguing about the burger and then I’m welcomed to this mess. Treat your customers better. Honestly very disappointing and the worst experience I’ve had. Hateful amount of onions

They never want to take care of customers they will have you wait at the drive through for 15 min hoping for you to already have gone and when u say what you want they say they don’t have it this place need to put people that are professional and get rid of the trash people that are there
