Night and day from the other Plano location. Josh greeted us, really nice employee. We digged into the food immediately and everything we had to choose from was warm and ready. There is pasta and pizza! Great spread all around, the salad bar was full and everything seemed really clean. I wasn’t aware they had deserts and I can’t have any but they looked delicious. Definitely will come back, great experience. We didn’t visit the arcade but it looked fun.

Went for a bit of nostalgia today and this location did not disappoint. Got the “HEY WELCOME TO CICI’S!!” and I was really impressed at how clean all the plates, utensils, and overall restaurant was. The arcade was pretty cool too. They took pizza requests and kept them coming hot

Great food. Lots of variety and all of it was tasty. I got a big salad and tried all the types of pizza, but pepperoni can’t be beaten. Very kid friendly (college kids too!). One thing, the bathrooms were very clean but they seemed haunted, cracked tiles and the like.

I liked the way they customize the pizza. Few vegetarian options but tasty. They have buffet on Monday’s and Tuesday’s which is worth the price. Don’t miss the GARLIC BREAD.

The quality of the pizza was better but the selection sucked. They only had like 5 pizzas to pick from and it’s smaller than other locations

It’s been over 15 years since I’ve even considered going to CiCi’s PIZZA. WOW is the best way to describe the entire experience. First, when you walk in, you can smell the freshness and feel the comfortable tone from the staff. Greeted with a smile and asked if you would like something personal added to your buffee. The Quality has definitely changed since my last visit. The creativety of the pizzas again WOW. MACnCheese pizza, TotsnBacon are uniquely my favorites. The traditional Pepperoni has an awesome garlic butter sauce that takes it way over the top. The salad bar had a wide variety of very fresh options. A special thx to the cashier and the chef for the greeting and attention to detail at the buffee.
Don’t get me started about the deserts…..just go check them out. Yummy!

This cicis buffet is absolute amazing. Manager Torrance and his team is always welcoming, professional and keeps this cicis running super smoothly. Their value and hospitality can’t be beat!
There are always plenty of yummy pizzas available, the salad bar is super fresh, and the soup is always steaming hot and topped off. It’s a great place for families and friends to hang out because a large arcade area and amazing value.
The restaurant has modern decor and looks nothing like some of the other dated cicis around town. The staff keeps everything looking immaculate, including the kitchen area and the drinks area. The cleaning staff is also constantly making rounds to keep the eating area and washrooms spotless despite all the young kids making messes and running around.

A very good Cici’s – for the price, you get good food – pizza is good (you can ask them to make whatever you want), salad bar is good and, of course, the desserts (cinnamon rolls are my favorite) are awesome. There is a little arcade and games to play at this location on Coit – pretty clean bathrooms, nice people working – overall a good experience at Cici’s.

Very community focused. You should go here based on the fact that they have been supporting Plano high school band for over 20 years. This shows strength in character and their true quality. There are so few places now that are willing to invest in the local people. I will support this all day long and I hope you will too.
