I ordered the snack wrap meal. Said no cheese lettuce and sauce. Both had only cheese and sauce no lettuce. My drink was supposed to be a sprite but was just carbonated water. I called twice as soon as I got home and no answer.

This morning at 6:50am I went to McDonald’s on Dearborn on gulley for me and my clients some good hot breakfast, I ordered 5 sausage biscuits, 1 steak egg and cheese bagel sub biscuit with round egg and extra breakfast sauce, 2 large coffees 4 cream and sugar…. Why they made the steak bagel right but left the steak off… The most expensive thing, why would you leave the steak off, and one sausage biscuit don’t got no sausage on it at all just biscuit…. Like I get wait times and fast food, but what about customer service and food quality. I can’t go back I’m at work. I can’t eat. It’s no steak on the gd biscuit and I can’t complain because despite calling 20 times no one answered, and it’s 7:30 now. If faster times means incomplete assembly then I’m sad cuz I love this place but things like this ruin it cuz this was a waste of time, I’m missing the main part of two of my meals and that’s not good service.

This McDonald’s is always a joke. She handed me my ice mocha and it was basically just milk. When I told the girl at the window that i think it wad made wrong the girl behind her told me “no its not that’s a mocha”. I tried to to explain that Mocha was generally darker but the girl got an attitude so I just left.

Today, 10/27/25 I was in the drive thru @ 4:13pm and I was told they were no longer taking orders. Unless, I was using their application and was told to get out of line by the rude girl speaking through the speaker. I dont think the idiot understood nobody in the drive thru line was using the app. I left and went across the street to BK and was in and out and spoken to with respect.

Daughter had a dr appointments today and missed lunch at school so decided to stop at this mcdonalds. Have never been to this one before but the employees were so nice. Complimenting my pants and loving on my daughter. Loved the atmosphere, next time I’m around the area definitely stopping by again.

If you like slow service and listening to ignorant employees using profanity loud enough for the lobby to hear, this is the place for you.
Remember not to comment on how long it takes because the employees will give you the full attitude treatment with your side of fries.
Why is it so hard to find a restaurant that wants a positive review?
Why must the public endure the wrath of people unhappy to have employment?
Makes me wonder about the interview process, “Do you have a funky attitude and a huge chip on your shoulder? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! Please go encourage the customers never to return!”

If you want your food messed up and an attitude from employees, this is the place to go. Even when you say something, try to ask or try to make sure your food is correct, there’s a problem and like today, I was told if I didn’t like it I don’t have to come back.. cool, I won’t, that’s fine with me. Why am I going to spend my money at a place that can’t get a simple order of a double cheeseburger with extra pickles correct.

Many disappointing visits, but this time was the last time I will ever come here. Food was terrible (soggy wilted lettuce). Then a major attitude from staff in drive thru for asking for a receipt. Can’t believe they are still in business. Would give zero stars for service if able to.
