There was a table of 3 people of all the restaurant tables and we got sat right next to them. The food was good and hot. However my hashbrowns had short hairs in there so I didn’t eat those. No big deal on the hasbrowns. The coffee was great not to strong but not watery. The crepes were delicious but we asked for a knife for the crepe and I don’t think she heard us. The steak was good and flavorful. Now it’s made on a griddle so it’s not going to be steakhouse like. The juice was good and water was cold. The fruit was great as well. We were happy despite hair in hasbrowns it happens. Oh we had a leaning table that made it a bit awkward to eat at.

It had been quite a while since I ordered. But the last 3 times (may & oct of ’22 & july ’24)) that I picked up our order, it had to be refunded. I thought maybe they changed their pancake recipe. But I was told that it depends on who makes the batter. It should be one recipe to follow. If you are known for fluffy pancakes, then why would you let these go out the door? It’s unacceptable. We used to go monthly. This place has gone down the drain, and that was my last time ordering. 3 separate times far enough apart, let’s me know that it’s their norm and we also don’t go when it’s their busy times. There weren’t many people there. So that can’t be used as an excuse. So now when I don’t feel like making them, but I really want pancakes, mcdonalds are decent and have been consistent every time. Coming from a burger place and not one that actually has it in their name…..

Took around an hr to get our food. Pancakes were crumbling and had strawberry jam syrup from other cooking utensils in kitchen. There was a leak from the ceiling at our table and droplet would splash on our foods and drinks. Beside that the service was fine and atmosphere.

I couldn’t decide if I wanted pancakes or French toast. I picked the split decision. Good thing to as the pancakes were flat and over cooked. I have been waiting for a long time to have iHop pancakes. Guess I’ll have to wait. Now that that is out I must say that the rest of the meal was great. The French toast was Awesome! Our waitress was nice and kept us up to date on our food. She was great as well.

How in the word is this location still open? If no money is made here, no surprise! 3 vehicles in the parking lot, 2 tables occupied and we have to wait 15 minutes before walking out. The 2 employees in the kitchen saw us, nothing. The only server walks by again and again, nothing. Drake’s across the street was AMAZING and I happily handed over my money. And tipped employees who actually wanted to work.

If I could rate IHOP a -0 I would!!!! I would stay farrr far far away from this place if I was you. The cross contamination down to dirty dishes with food still stuck on the plates and cups super foggy that’s had chocolate syrup smudged in the inside down to seeing roaches with wings down to my waiter and other employees smoking weed behind the dumpster. Can’t remember my waiter name but she has tattoos all over she was nice though. The cook will pick your pancakes up with bare hands. IHOP needs do better maybe train the managers on how to keep a restaurant clean and sanitized because cross contamination is real at the IHOP on Wilma I definitely recommend Huddle House!

This particular location has what I can only assume is extremely bad management. When I went there the food tasted off and the service was extremely slow. Our waitress tried her best to give us a good experience, but she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Onto the food. When our food finally arrived the eggs were dry, bacon pieces small, and the hashbrowns also on the small side portion wise. Finally the atmosphere just felt depressing. Everything felt a little dull and the facility’s such as the bathroom were not as clean as they could have been. Overall the only good part of the experience was the waitress who worked as hard as she could to service the ENTIRE place.

Service was seriously lacking. Took 20 minutes after putting in order to find out they were out of what I ordered….side note it was more than 10 minutes after a nearby table was informed before waitress made her way to us to let us know. No refills on drinks provided without insisting. Food delivered at random intervals. Been a long time since I’ve eaten at this chain and will be a long time before I try it again.

Food was better than excellent. Our waitress was very patient and kind. I didn’t have to repeat myself and she brought everything all at once. The restaurant was very clean. Noone was standing around,everyone was working hard.

If I could give them no stars, I would. My husband likes IHOP, so we decided to go there. We were told that the wait was going to be 25 to 40 min, which was fine. My issue was when I decided to go to their bathroom while we waited. Having to walk through the restaurant, the filth just really flipped my stomach upside down. The waiters were surrounding each other, laughing and joking while people needed to be seated, as well as orders needed to be taken. We will never come back to this place again.
