Food is decent and service is relatively quick. Burgers taste okay but fries are little soggier than other stores. Place doesn’t have self serve condiments anymore and soda goes flat pretty quick. Smoothie separates after a while. Place is quite clean though.

This place is bad. Nice chicken strips they were rude and said too bad. Have a nice day. The General manager called me and basically gave me some sorry excuse and I asked gon refund he said you have your receipt. Well I have pictures that I want good enough. This location should be called McGarbage just the general manger

I rarely have had any issues with this McDonald’s until this week, when firstly a few days ago I ordered a Dr Pepper and a Vernor’s and they tasted like cleaning supplies, and tonight when I tried to pick up my order, to which I was told they were closed even though the order had already been placed and it clearly states that they are open 24 hours. Maybe change your posted signage or turn off ordering systems earlier.

Staff was really nice but the girl that took our order was at the speed of the sloth from zootopia and then ended up needing to refund drinks because the smoothies we purchased couldn’t be made because the machine was broken. Fries were undercooked and missing an item. It was a quick stop while we were traveling, so we won’t be returning anyways but it could improve in areas. I will say it was very clean though

It’s just sad how I worked in fast food and McDonald’s being one of the places. I came here this morning to get some food and while I was on break. I asked for my food to be cooked to order. They proceeded to give me unfresh food and the wrong drink. I came back and made them aware that my food wasn’t fresh like I asked at the speaker and my drink was diet. I gave them a chance to correct it before asking for a refund the older lady at the pick up window, had a nasty attitude when I gave her back my order, and then she gave me my food back fresh like I asked in the first place and if it was done when I asked i would not have had to turn around and bring the food back. But to say thank you and the old white woman at the pick up window rolled her eyes, and was very rude to me and I’m a paying customer. I definitely didn’t force her to get the job I do believe in customer service and it was by far the worst. The only best part was the gentleman that took my payment at the paying window he was very polite tonight/ early morning. He is the only reason I didn’t ask for a refund!!! She needs to do better. I didn’t do it and her attitude shouldn’t be put on the paying customers.

They always mess up my order every time I come here and fries and hashbrowns are cold. They never have breakfast burritos in the morning as well as telling you it’s a 15 minute wait because the manager didn’t show up. I like the Howell location better.

Probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Went there at night was the only car and still had to wait around 30 minutes in line which wasn’t too big of a deal until I got to the window and the worker was obviously insanely high off something probably stronger then weed like she didn’t even hide it and then when I looked at my food my entire mcchicken was drowned in mayo and my McDouble drowned in ketchup and mustard and I couldn’t take more than one bite it was that bad just a complete waste of time and money do not go there late at night.

They will pretty much always park you no matter how busy they are. The food is regularly old and rarely fresh. This location has given me the incorrect order so much more than any other location. This store has always had issues with management.
