I don’t usually leave a review, but I felt the need to this time. I came in here and I ordered a 10 piece chicken McNugget and got 20 pieces with one barbecue sauce. I’m a driver and I stopped in because I needed to use the restroom. When I came in, the girl had just gone into the restroom and put a sign on the door that she was cleaning and please do not come in So I ordered my food and sat down and ate. I went to the bathroom after the girl came out and was done cleaning and she literally didn’t do a thing in there. Toilet paper all over the floor in the stalls, trash is overflowing in the stalls, sinks are full of water and soap, and the floors look disgusting despite the fact that there is a caution, wet floor sign on the floor. I don’t know what she was doing in that bathroom, but she certainly wasn’t cleaning it.

Every single time I go here and use the drive thru im always told to pull forward to wait. Theres no fast in this food and its always stopped together like 99% of these places. Yet we all still go…..usually when its a lack of time and nothing else is open.

Drive thru went fast for a Saturday at 2pm. However the quality is a joke. Fries cold… as usual but you would think for the time it was they would be fresh and my sandwich… the chicken sandwich… what a joke!!

Came here yesterday after vet appointment to get my dog his plain cheeseburger and me dinner. I was asked to move forward.
My food ended up at the truck in front of me and I sat there for over 10 min as cars behind me were getting their food. Finally a rainbow haired girl came to me, asked me what I had and went in. She came back out a few minutes later and asked again. She was nice but 2 hamburgers, 1 plain cheeseburger and a med fry is not difficult. Must have been though cuz I ended up with a cheeseburger with ketchup only and two plain hamburgers with nothing on them. I didn’t notice until I was halfway down the road and I was so pissed off at that point I was not coming back nor will I ever. After waiting that long, they should’ve upgraded my meal anyways.

This McDonalds is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Every single time I have placed a curbside pick up the order has been wrong. When a receipt clearly states NO PICKLE, NO SALT and then they add the instructions on top of the burger box and you open the box and the only thing on the burger is pickle. These employees can’t read?
The first incident we called and drove back up there to get the correct order and a lady said for the inconvenience our next sandwich would be free and handed us a card for a free sandwich with an expiration date of DECEMBER 2020.
This place is a joke and they think they deserve $15/hour and they can’t even read.

A little out of the way for me but the staff is what makes it worth it. I know my order will always be correct and made promptly. The biggest stand out for me is Brooke, she’s quick-witted and knows how to get the coffee just right.
